Why oh why. I'll never understand even though the killer has mental health issues. A baby only a few months old, it doesn't make sense.

Hey @Niner and everyone! I’m so far out of the loop these days on all things websleuths.

I cannot find this guy in Onslow County courts or any other courts in NC. I don’t know if it’s their system or just me being inept. There are no VINE updates on him either although I get an email at least once a week telling me that they’re not receiving reports from Onslow county. IIRC the last news report I recall seeing stated that the trial was a go for November, as long as another pending trial was completed by then. There’s been nothing in news since August.

Not been awake too long, but I'll try again later. The court list for dates only goes up to Nov 3. Let's hope someone else can find something, eh.

I've also checked all the courthouse calendars, btw, there are two courthouses in Jacksonville, NC. Calendar stops showing court dockets the week before 11/7/22 week. His name is not showing up anywhere. Don't know what is going on. I'm going to try and contact the reporter I contacted before.

Thanks so much. I know @Niner does a great job for so many cases to keep us all straight and up to date but she has the same problem viewing certain sites. I think it's due to EU ruling, something like that. Once again thanks so much.
oh, just a thought but would you be happy to be a 'go to person' for Niner to help check records etc on this one case, please?

The man who just pleaded guilty is the monster I posted about earlier in this thread. He cut his 13 month old daughter's throat with a steak knife. I figured that this was one of the trials that was suppose to be held prior to Kimrey's trial.
