Hey!
Yes, thank you for connecting with this reporter. BUT - there was a trial date set - 11/8/22 -
So - I was wondering "where" I got the Nov. 8th date for trial - so went back looking. It is from this article - which I can not access - but AgeofAquaruis said it was Nov. 8th.

Would you by chance know when the trial for Earl Kimrey begins? I've been following this case since the beginning and live in neighboring county. I would like to attend the trial if possible. I can not find Earl Kimrey listed on any court calendar.
I would appreciate any information you could provide.

Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out. We do not know as of now and I don't believe a date has been set. I do know that a recent case involving an Onslow County man who was headed to trial for the death of his daughter was recently closed when he plead guilty. District Attorney Ernie Lee had previously told me Earl Kimrey's trial would be set once that case was completed. I hope to have answers sometime soon.
Take care,
Morgan
