Back to the case...I am having MAJOR deja vu of the Kenia Monge case. Regardless of whether NH is guilty (in this case), I feel better with him 'securely housed'.

In a third exclusive interview with ABC11 late Friday, Holbert admitted he failed to properly register his address as a sex offender with authorities and he was turning himself in to deputies on that charge.

He said the arrest was completely unrelated to the Bordeaux case.

Officials said Holbert is being held on $100,000 bond.

There will be "no bond" for a Parole Violation. He will have a hearing with his officer and it will be determined what they are going to do with him. He will surely have a Parole Revocation Hearing, from there he could be let go, sent to Comm. Corr., or returned to Prison.

He will only have the Comm. Corr. option if his Parole Officer defends him (finds him worthy) , and if they have a Bill 252 program or the like in S. Carolina.


ON another note...I wonder if he has been complying with his treatment program. Most all Sex Offenders have to continue out treatment upon release (especially when still on paper). I am not going to lie here, I cannot understand why he is even out yet when you see his convictions. That baffles me.

Whether separated, or not, which we don't yet know -> the man obviously once loved Kelli, and probably still does. Heartbreaking. Panic. Scary, scary stuff.
