Whoa...... in this video (that I can't watch for some reason), I can only briefly see the first screen shot and, whoa...is that a playground in the background? Right behind NH a RSO?
Is he allowed to be that close to a playground?
That just made me angry if that's what it is....seriously...did the media set up that shot? Gross.
Please tell me it's not a playground.

I tried to get a look at his hands/forearms since his sleeves were pushed up but I couldn't tell since it was footage from the back.

well saw the interview on the news that day. He said police took his DNA and if kelli wasnt missing he wouldnt be in jail. Now i wonder if police took it down because he was telling public that they took his dna? moo

Thank you...that makes me feel a lot better!! I still think the media could have set up a different shot (maybe without the RSO standing in front of a playground)...but that's just my opinion.

I think I remember hearing that it was his nickname because he wore really funny glasses growing up.

warning this is a semi-rant...: why in the hello do they have the picture of the bar owner's (arrest not related to Kelli) picture front and center on the front page? Really? Is he missing? I think they know where HE is.

okay rant off...

What I do not understand is why they did not run pictures of nicks car front and center when they were running stories talking about his ins/reg.I am sure it is possible this guy was camping out at other locations prior to this.While that would be hard to see his car would have been much more visible/suspicious parked on the side of a road or parking lot overnight for days at a time.

I am not 100% sure the video was taken down, because since the second it went up and I do mean the precise moment it went up, ('cause I was waiting for it at the time) I have not been able to watch it. Could the station have not put the video up correctly? I know some people saw the video live on tv but has anyone else ever been able to watch it?

I'm not sure why this one stuck with me but I read that he owned Froggy's since 2006. Now I see it's been mentioned that there was a previous owner, so who knows? First report was owned since 2006.

Sorry if covered already - I'm trying to catch up and it's too hard to go back after I've finished reading.

:banghead: That is a good point. I am so torn over what to believe happened to Kelli. Just when I think it has to be Nick...something like your post makes me take a step back and wonder...could it have been someone else? And, in reality, it could have been.

One other thing that I don't think we have discussed much (if at all... propbably because it is very unlikely). But, is there annnnyyy chance that Kelli did in fact make it home safely that night and went missing Saturday morning? I wonder when the first occurrence of her phone being off was noticed...do we know that. I know if was off on Saturday, but what time? I doubt anyone was trying to get a hold of her too early on a saturday morning...andalso I know remember there was FB activity that showed on her page for Saturday...although we don't know if that was from Friday eve/Saturday morning at the bar or if was someone accepting her friend request...Anyway, just a thought.

There has been some discussion about her phone and when it was possibly turned off. Many people thought that when it was turned on the next day, Saturday that it must have been LE that did that. Thinking about it now, that theory doesn't work because no one even knew she was missing until Monday afternoon. So who turned her phone back on? Was it Kelli or someone else? Are we wrong about when Kelli went missing? Could it have been Saturday afternoon or evening when she disappeared instead of Friday night/Saturday morning?

That is strange because I was able to view the link when I clicked on it. It was the first time I saw it. That was when my confidence in Nick being the suspect dropped from 100% to 75%.
