I am wondering why Kelli is not listed on fayetteville pd's missing person page?

What kinda classes does North carolina require their sex offenders to take? I know VA has classes they send SO's to ,and they meet other sex offenders there. Does NC?

The incident report was taken by FPD and she went missing off post. No, I do not believe the military would have a say over this.

IDK, but whatever classes they take are useless and I think they 'get off' on them. SO's never change, and they cannot be cured or rehabilitated, IMO.

I worked at a jail/correctional facility where there were such programs and the SO's literally could not wait to go to class. After a couple of years, the programs were discontinued due to lack of funding.

SO's just love to get together and compare notes. Once a sex offender, always a sex offender, IMO.

*My precious granddaughter and my only greatgrandchild (word?) lives in Fayetteville and I want these SO's off the street as well as the rapists. At least my granddaughter can protect herself as she was Security Forces. She also is now attending Methodist University and travels a rather bad area to and from. Sorry, but I am just so angry over this case as well as others!

It appears Fayetteville has a serial rapist.
dont think it has anything to do with kelli tho but ya never know this guy went into womens apartments and attacked them.

That is what I have been telling people. Serial rapists, insane soldiers coming back from overseas killing their wives, shootings, crackheads... fayetteville is a really scummy town for being such a small city. You can go to raleigh which is many times larger and the crime is no where near as bad.

Why are the cops so determined to not name Nick as a POI? Are we missing something and are way off?? Remember what VOH said about not trusting what comes out in the media?

I think they said they were more concerned with the unsolved rapes because Kelli's case seemed to be an isolated incident and he (NH) was ruled out of the most recent rape case

I am confused as to why it says that Nicks address was confirmed on April 8th when it was not his address. How far is Spring Lake from Froggy's? Anyone know?

I didn't look up the address to the bar, but spring lake is like 10 minutes outside fayetteville. You have spring lake, pass through fort bragg, then fayetteville. doesn't take long to get anywhere in fay after you enter.
