There will be "no bond" for a Parole Violation. He will have a hearing with his officer and it will be determined what they are going to do with him. He will surely have a Parole Revocation Hearing, from there he could be let go, sent to Comm. Corr., or returned to Prison.

He will only have the Comm. Corr. option if his Parole Officer defends him (finds him worthy) , and if they have a Bill 252 program or the like in S. Carolina.


ON another note...I wonder if he has been complying with his treatment program. Most all Sex Offenders have to continue out treatment upon release (especially when still on paper). I am not going to lie here, I cannot understand why he is even out yet when you see his convictions. That baffles me.

VOH, it was in thread 2 iirc.... I will look for you ( it was horrible.. I read it... the neighbor left for just a few minutes and he went next door and not only SAd her but also beat her :-(

Honestly, he appears to be a good old boy on camera. What is scary is that he could really be a psychopath. If he could rape and beat up a five year old child, I think he could beat and or murder a grown woman. This is just my opinion of course. But obviously the impression that he gives on camera is not who this guy really is. Considering his record.. Ya know???

Thank you for this. This just makes me believe even more that this guy can not be trusted. Obviously this mother trusted him around her child. It said he went over there frequently. Seems to me that he is a fake and can not be trusted. I think I have my perp meter set on NH.

I did not see Assault in the report. I think he caused her bodily harm possibly due to penetration during the act...IMHO

I read that he caused her bodily harm. But I read that he was charged with child abuse and sexual acts with a minor. It is confusing how they could charge him with both instead of it just being purely sexual.

Just a thought and then I have to run for awhile.

I've noticed in recent cases and trials that cell phone/texts and puter messages have taken main stage in providing valuable evidence, tracking and providing clues/insight. I'm betting that cell companies and ISPs are even more forthcoming than ever (especially to law enforcement) in providing access and information to LE early. IMO, if they aren't ..... they should be. It's my bet that LE already knows everthing the cell phone record has to offer - whether they physically have the phone or not.

I've worked for telephone companies (retired and now part-time) since 1969. All information on calls has always bee available through subpoena. I'd imagine that is still the way they'd have to get the information ^i^

I wonder if LE finding her phone (hopefully) plays part in Nicks arrest today. Maybe LE is saying that they have no new leads to throw Nick off. Maybe the last text she sent was saying that Nick was giving her the creeps and that's why LE won't comment on one of the two texts that was sent from her phone.

this guy is sleuthable: he is a POI in the case and was named in the media as such.
