Yes Billie is the Karaoke DJ for Froggy's on Friday nights. She is also the last person added to Kelli's FB page. That is how she got brought up.





The lake will be searched tommorrow with human remain dogs. The lake is slightly southwest of Kellis apartments.




They did a foot search using soldiers, not trained professionals or dogs. This will also be done with the HR dogs tomorrow.




There is confusion I believe between Hidden Pond Dr & Wooded Lake. I believe this is where hidden lake has come in to play. By Kellys house is Wooded Lake.




In regard to tonight - whoever the guy was there he started to grow angry about the situation. He gave everyone the third degree. He eventually was asked to leave the bar because of his behavior. Who knows.

There is a LOT of information and evidence that the police have that we are not aware of. I'm also advising you to NOT believe everything you see or hear from the media.

There was evidence removed from multiple investigation scenes. Tonight has only lead me to reinforcement that either of my original theories are correct, just not clarification of which. However, the evidence does support.

Just to let you know that there is a verified time-stamp on the "I'm home safely" text. However, I cannot reveal this information.

Good luck tomorrow, I will not be around for most of the day, but I will try to check in.

I have wondered about Nicks reasons for saying to the media that she was on her phone all night. It's almost like he is saying, check her phone and read her texts because he is the one that text that she got home safely. Being that he sexually assaulted a child, it shows that he gets turned on by having power and control. I wouldn't be surprised if he was attracted to her because he knew he couldn't have her. He was turned on by the fact that she didn't want him and he probably raped and killed her. Not to be a downer but, the bloody shirt doesn't sound good.

I hate that the perp had 2 days to get rid of evidence. I am pretty sure VOH said that there are 3 burn barrels out back of the bar. Just hope he wasn't smart enough or didn't have access to use them.
I wonder if Kelli even asked this guy for a ride home. I am starting to think she didn't, he is the only one we have heard that from.

I wondered about those burn barrels too - we forget to ask if they had been lit on Saturday and Sunday nights or even Friday too - don't know how long the embers last, etc.

What was the temperature in Fayettville on those nights?

Oh, it got down into the upper 30's on April 13 and 41 degrees was the low on the 14th - barrels were probably lit

I'm glad that VOH came back and updated us last evening. I had to sign off since I'd been hogging the computer all day, actually have been for the last few days and DH was beginning to get itchy lol. Since it has been now confirmed that Mike was indeed in Florida the only two people who are on my radar are this male friend and Nick. I'm beginning to fall over the edge of the fence and leaning toward Nick. Something just doesn't sit right with me.

I really question why they arrested this guy on these unrelated charges.This guy was talking to everyone.The police,the press better to keep him talking and keep bringing him in for interviews as long as possible.Now that he has been arrested he will qualify for a public defender and the first thing his lawyer will do is tell the police not to question him any more.

You know, I'm not certain they didn't do it because they feared he may have been a flight risk, but now the risk reality is, they may not be able to question him further. Although, he may have already put his foot in his mouth and played right into the hands of LE.

If you were the now 15 year old girl he hurt when she was 5 - you would want him to be arrested.

I totally get what you are saying but LE should not just look the other way when he broke the law.

IF, IF he did do this to Kelli - that is the best place for him.

can you image the public outrage (not to mention that of the girl he assaulted) if he were not arrested for living behind the bar in tent (and not reporting his location)?

I also personally think they might not need him to "say" anything anymore... and can use what they have found already (my opinion but I bet they have some evidence) as leverage to get him to talk.

wonder if he has any family or friends that will put up the 100k for his bail?

I think LE probably had to make a cost-benefit decision. If they really think he's dangerous they can't in good conscious let him run free where he has a chance to hurt another female. If he can't make bail then he'll sit in jail where he can't hurt anyone.

I think LE may just be playing a waiting game with forensic evidence right now. Maybe they think the test results will give them enough to charge him.

1. How long had Nick and the guy who was playing pool with Kelli they night she met nick known eachother.

2. Was nick living in the lean too with another person .

3. what kind of car was Nick driving

And does anyone know his birthday off hand? I didnt tag the post I saw it in and have been using alot of time checking in on WS members who are needing extra prayers . It has been a stressful ,painful week for many people . Count blessings everyday and dont forget those who need them.

Same with Scott Peterson and Josh Powell. They all ran their mouths because they were full of it. They were more concerned with themselves than the case. Same with Nick. I think LE wanted to keep Nick close while they wait for DNA results to come back. They might also be trying to prevent any other rapes from happening although I'm sure they were watching every move he made.
