You can't look them up from any year. They are 100% confidential.
Thanks!
IMO, that rule should be changed. It might save a child someday if these type of records were available.

I live across the street from one of our Supreme Court justices. In talking to him, the one type of case he always hates to have in front of him is any sort of family law case. There are no winners and lots of pain by the time it gets there. It's a shame the State ever has to get involved in these matters, even worse that people behave in a way that makes it necessary.
Tim Allen has been caring for Lockhart's 17-year-old daughter, Cheyenne, since July. Cheyenne lives with Allen and his daughters, with whom she attends Pine Forest High School. Allen said Lockhart agreed Oct. 1 to let Shaniya stay with his family at night while Lockhart was gone and for her to spend the days at a day care run by Allen's mother. A day later, Allen said, Lockhart told him he had changed his mind.
"He said he knew she wasn't supposed to be over there, but he wanted to give her biological mother a chance," Allen said. On Oct. 3, Lockhart left town, Allen said, returning the day Shaniya went missing.

SCHIAVO: He`s thinking that the stress of all of this, she may miscarry. I mean that`s just an opinion of his. But that`s beside the point. But now, he will take custody of that child, Pat.
Included in the NG transcript is this interesting comment from Coe:
SCHIAVO: That`s right. Coe said over the past year that he`s become extremely close to Shaniya. He was caring for Shaniya while the mother was working these past six months.
I have a feeling that is why BL got Shanyia when he returned from overseas.
He said AD raised her for the first year of her life.
Could something have happened during that first year?
Any way of looking up DCF records for 2004?
Thank you ~ I knew I'd hear "stress" mentioned. And yes, that other comment is very curious. Coe was caring for Shaniya for 6 months? How is that possible if she was living with her dad and his family?? :waitasec:http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0911/20/ng.01.html

My head exploded...again.
On Friday, the director of the Cumberland County Department of Social Services released a statement saying the release of any information about the agency's involvement with the Davis family would jeopardize the state's ability to prosecute Davis and would hurt any current or future investigation.

They don't say that when there was no involvement. They say there was none. MOO.
From same article:One of Shaniya's uncles, Michael Davis, has told reporters that DSS investigated Antoinette Davis in the past. He said DSS investigated Davis regarding her 7-year-old son. The uncle told reporters that DSS completed its investigation, and Antoinette Davis was allowed to keep her children.
BBM.
In Antionette's case, children would have been Shaniya and the 7 year old.

I hope someone is asking questions because there seems to be a lot of conflicting stories out there. :banghead: MOOThis is why I think Brad should get a family law attorney immediately. LE will be asking the same questions to understand what's been going on.
Thank you. I totally missed that statement before.

Since we may never have confirmation either way, agree to disagree?IMO, the uncle just mis-spoke when he said children. I don't doubt there were other DCFS investigations but not with Shaniya and her mother. The uncle clearly stated: DCFS investigated regarding her 7 year old son.
Coe said in a previous statement that Shaniya referred to him as daddy. I first thought far fetched, but Coe and AD have dated for two years and she may have thought of him as the daddy at AD's house.
Now 2 years???? Wait...wasn't he just released from prison not too long ago where he was being treated with very expensive HIV drugs which he can no longer afford? Seems I read somewhere that was the case and he is now trying less expensive herbal remedies.
