That part could be true, but he sure hasn't been taking care of Shaniya for 6 months ~ and least not consecutively 6 months. MOO

I thing they all talk weird...
She had a P/T job in the past 6 months...Shaniya was only there on occasion....So while Shaniya was there during the 6 months that she was at work P/T is when he may have been watching her... that can add up to 3 hours every month just saying...
nobody in this cast of characters have a clue of what is real...Either they were stoned and cant remember, or they were Out of Town and do not know, or they are protecting someone including themselves....

How 20 investigators can make any sense of this BS bunch is beyond me...
that is why it may take so long to get more charges going....

Doing that also makes a person feel so good..even if you never meet the family or person that you are buying for. It's also a wonderful thing to teach your children...the giving spirit of Christmas. I love it.

Does NC have the speedy trial law?
If so, could that be why there aren't charges on AD for murder? They might have enough to charge, but want to make sure it's already airtight before they file.

Interesting how fast he jumps from one woman to another. He was just engaged to Ty and now he is engaged to this Oregon woman. Sounds to me that Ty was lucky to escape. By the way, Ty posts on IS, She sounds really nice and loved little Shaniya so much. She has children of her own too.

you know the fact that they have a shaniya davis task force leads me to believe that this may be more involved than just these two players. why do they need 20 investigators to investigate the lives and stories of ad and mam. i think this may be a little heavier and the le enforcement not commenting if other people were involved instead of sayimg we have the two people involved in this heinous crime and the public can rest assured that we dont have some child sex ring in our backyards, says something to me. then again, i could be reading much into nothing. who knows?!

I do think he used that as a "distancing description", but I can't say that I wouldn't have done the same thing...sounds bad but I can see it.

i believe all his little inconsistencies and distancing himself has to do with the guilt he feels for not doing what he knows as a father he should have been doing with all of his children. but his wanting to maintain the image of perfect father superceded the need to take responsibility for his choices as a father. this is classic of most young parents lately inablity to take responsibility for ANY of their actions. if what i suspect to be true is true, then this happened cuz yet again, someone demanded that someone be a parent that wasnt willing or equipped to do so.

Actually, I know someone who was ordered to get snipped. It's on appeal now.
9 kids, all of their mothers on public assistance, no child support from him, and none of them live with him.
The state got fed up supporting his kids.

Even though I do believe that BL meant one night stand in the true sense of the word, even if his definition is a little off, but the better word for the circumstances he is giving, or that are being pulled from the media, would simply be mistake.
So why doesn't he call it a mistake? Fewer people would question mistake, as opposed to one night stand (as most people know that some mistakes can be long running).

I don't know. He is oversaturating the media with his Christian appearance and forgiveness talks, but at the same time using distinctly non-Christian descriptions to explain his actions...I'm lost.

You may be right (more here than we know) or perhaps because of the shocking nature and its high profie status perhaps they are erring on the side of caution and making sure there isn't something more organized and sinister than a mom and her drug dealer. As if those didn't turn out to be sinister enough.

IMO - Why would a supposed decent man get on national television and call the mother of his child a one-night-stand? Remember, this was before anyone knew what was going on. He had just spoken with AD - interesting tidbit from yesterday's interview - he got weird look in his eyes when he said it. They know each other much more than he's letting on. IMO

I'm also curious as to why he's having unprotected sex. It just is odd to be entering middle-age and continue such irresponsibility. Does he want women to become pregnant? Odd...that he shows similar behavior as the world AD lives in - all these children, no father declared, receiving public assistance. Don't get me started as to why these women are doing the same. Nutttty

This case is about a beautiful little girl that lived in my county,NC also, this tragedy kept me up for days, very similiar to precious Shaniya, this case got very little publicity but Chasity Sumner 7 yo was , raped,affixiated,and murdered and dumped in a gully very close to her house.
I have just found this, thanks to one of your links, I always wondered what that animal ended up getting.
I hope we can count on this case to get justice for Shaniya.
Youll see from doing a search that very little is out there with this case,it was very hush,hush, Its beyond sad of what Shaniya went through to get publicity,but,on the other hand I believe progress is made when it is so exposed to the media that we can finally show outrage and maybe,maybe change laws in favor of child protection and concern.

I hope that CDL and BL will not allow this case to be hushed but will become advocate for sexually abused children I really hope that.
