WRAL followed it for awhile. They seem to have dropped it completely unless it's some sort of sensational info, which there hasn't been lately- at least not released. Maybe we'll hear more from the media within the next week or two. The local stuff is useless. (No offense to anyone local.)

A few questions...

1. Do we know for a fact what the set up was for Shaniya staying with her father and AD?

2. Do we know for a fact that Shaniya's father had a choice in sending his daughter to AD's?

3. Do we know for a fact that Shaniya's father's intentions were to send Shaniya to live with AD for good?

4. Who pulled her out of school, AD or the father? Was it because she was no longer going to be living with her dad any longer?

I'm starting to get confused again, everything I'm reading here is starting to sound like facts again. Did I miss something? Do we have facts to back all of this up? If not I'm not quite sure how we can come to any conclusion about the father.

I may have more questions later but these seem to be what everyone is judging the dad on, I want to know if its based on fact or what? Thanks.

What is window tinting?

It is film that is put on car windows to keep the sun out. Window tinting is allowed to a certain degree. Apparently his windows were really dark making it difficult for LE or anyone to see inside the vehicle.

I'm looking at the court calendar. AD is one of 259 defendants being seen in this specific court room. All have to be seen in the morning as room is reserved for trials at 1:00. Wow. Correction 259 offenses - still a lot of people scheduled.

Patty, I thought that was his original court date with his original charges. I thought the court date was moved to Dec. 9th when 1st degree murder was added.
Anyway, that's what I have scribbled on my notes, so IDK could very well be incorrect. But I have Court 12/9/2009 Charges: 1st Degree Murder and 1st Degree Kidnapping.

ETA: It also still shows a bond.
