Thanks so much for the welcome! I have really enjoyed reading this board and the amount of continued research and thought going into this issue. I live less than 2 miles from Bradley's apartment and about the same from Shannon's, right between them, and I used to live on her street. It was mentioned that crime in Wilmington has increased over the past years, but it's true that so much of it is gang related, this is a real shocker for us living here.
My feeling is also that J.O.B. is possibly a serial killer. But I also appreciate the fact that folks have not just jumped on him, especially considering he is a minority and race is an issue in these parts. It is not unreasonable to consider the "scapegoat" possibility at all...if it weren't for the nature of his initial crime, I would be much more skeptical about just assuming his guilt. I just don't know that someone who could do what he did in the past could ever be rehabilitated. There are crimes we can understand on some level, even violent crimes, and then those that seem so far beyond the scope of humanity, and that's where he is in my mind.
