I don't know why Klinkosum -- the 2nd chair on the DT -- is not taking a bigger part in this -- it must be all up to 1st chair -- Klinkosum is very good & down-to-earth. Maybe he doesn't want to have anything to do with it. ?? I've seen him before when he was part of the State Defender's office. His arguments, etc., are reasonable & he's respectful to the PT, judge, etc. And he was actually likeable, which is a biggie for me. Oh, well. It wouldn't matter anyway. They are holding a bunch of goose eggs or less than that. What a horrible thing to have to do -- to try to defend or mitigate what this monster did.

And this is the first time I've seen the monster consistently showing a wrinkled brow -- he looks a bit worried -- or he did when the prosecutor was addressing the jury. When they are talking about what HE did. He looks a bit concerned now. Me-me-me. We know that song all to well. Grrrrr.
