I don't know why Klinkosum -- the 2nd chair on the DT -- is not taking a bigger part in this -- it must be all up to 1st chair -- Klinkosum is very good & down-to-earth. Maybe he doesn't want to have anything to do with it. ?? I've seen him before when he was part of the State Defender's office. His arguments, etc., are reasonable & he's respectful to the PT, judge, etc. And he was actually likeable, which is a biggie for me. Oh, well. It wouldn't matter anyway. They are holding a bunch of goose eggs or less than that. What a horrible thing to have to do -- to try to defend or mitigate what this monster did.

And this is the first time I've seen the monster consistently showing a wrinkled brow -- he looks a bit worried -- or he did when the prosecutor was addressing the jury. When they are talking about what HE did. He looks a bit concerned now. Me-me-me. We know that song all to well. Grrrrr.

When the jury was leaving it looked like he was trying to stare down the prosecution. :facepalm:

dss told jonathan he could talk to his guidance counselor. enc her mother to report any other abuse and says the mother had her own issues and even attempted to withdraw the first report. after the first letter dss did not follow up


umm.. obviously they opened the case, investigated, and closed the case. :twocents:

As a social worker I HATE when defendants blame social services for this kind of $#!*.

J's father was a good person but got shot three times by his wife and after that was over had the responsibility of raising a child by himself and it had an effect on J and how he was raised and effected how he was going to be when he grew up. J's father had anger issues

So does this mean if a guy grabs a woman, rapes her, and then violently stabs her to death, the rape doesn't count because the stabbing was much worse?

J's dad only came to see J once in jail and that is a sign that something is wrong

I did the opposite, I muted WTVD, but watching that link. I'm struggling with the WTVD audio being so low... so all the notifications were coming in and scaring everyone in the office :floorlaugh:
