Tenisha Tazania Watkins, a 32-year-old black female, was reported missing Thursday by a family member. She was last seen at 744 E. Sprague St., wearing a blue hooded jacket and gray pants. It is unknown how she might be traveling. Watkins has a cognitive impairment which will make it hard to return home on her own.

A Silver Alert has been issued for Watkins.
