They keep framing the "THEY were having problems" as if it were a two way street. The marital problems were Raven's - not Janet's.

His problem was that he was married. And didn't want to be.

And then he said that Ms. Revell wasn't taking any responsibility for stopping by the apartment in the middle of the day. So he's slightly casting her in a dark light too. NOTHING is Raven's fault.

I have to say that this state "team" is one of the worst I've ever seen. NOT ONE OBJECTION where I would have objected at least ten times. He called the victim a little church mouse! First he said it in a round about way then he out and out called the victim a name. The State? Not one Word. Not ONE OBJECTION. They should never try a case together again. That's my opinion so far, they better slam this home in closing. But I seriously doubt they have the skills or are able.
I'm really upset at how poorly they put on this case.

The State needs to really go into depth more about the fact that Raven looked up info online and followed the SUSAN POWELL CASE a case where a husband murders his wife! It's paramount. And they better bring it up in closing.

The judge usually allows a lot of leeway in closing and opening arguments but I have seen objections in both. If Tyndall says something totally outrageous the State may object and then Judge Hudson can rule on it. We saw objections in closing arguments in the Cooper trial.
