Residents react after man charged in missing wife's murder
Residents are reacting to news a man is charged with the murder of his wife in their neighborhood, whose body has yet to be located.
Yelbi Garcia is a Snow Hill mother of two kids; a boy and a girl, ages 15 and 11. On May 16, she was reported missing. On May 18, her husband, Daniel Herrera, was arrested after barricading himself at a house in Washington for hours. He's now charged with killing her.

Documents from the Greene County Clerk of Courts show a history of domestic violence between the couple, but Garcia recently had the case dismissed.
“Domestic violence was an issue a while back. And it had been served on him,” said Smith.
In those documents, a statement from Garcia said, "My husband and I have been together for the past 22 years. Over the last five years, he has become physically and sexually abusive towards me.”
A restraining order was filed in April.
