I agree with this theory. It also explains the "early morning phone call" which suddenly changed the dynamic. If they're holding AB ON $7K bond, he can easily post that. EB, of course, doesn't know this and perhaps her attorney took the bait right along with her?

ALSO, the airport arrest might have been a rouse/leak by the FBI & Sheriff's dept to give the ILLUSION to EB that AB was about to flee the country.

They arrested him at the airport? Really? Wow! How to look the most guilty possible. He memorized his script for the 911 call, but is a terrible actor. Any shred of doubt about his involvement went poof.

Hi grayjay, after much back and forth today it seems (emph. SEEMS) that he was apprehended or met at the airport, voluntarily returned with LE to the station for an interview, and after that he was arrested at the station shortly after 3 a.m. this morning. Barring an LE presser, we do not know 100% that he was AT the airport. If he was, we don't know WHY he was.

We DO know that he was arrested, that he does not share EB's obstruction charges re: the ransom note, that the searchers started again this morning at a site near one of EB's old residences, and that LE took EB out to tour that site this afternoon although she did not get out of the car...

Aside from that we got bupkiss. :dance: Waiting and trusting on LE!

I don't know. We live in a quiet neighborhood and there are 4 kids that live 2 doors down that I had not seen before and it turns out they've lived there for 3 years! We used to know all the neighbors, so many have come and gone and most just keep to themselves now.

Are they little bitty or teenagers? I live in the country in a neighborhood of approx 35-40 houses. One way in and one way out. The kids (Zahra's age) are always outside playing, riding bikes etc.

If she did make that move then I can't imagine what was happening inside that house.

Funny thing is EB's children have not said when the last time they saw her or has that info been released? :waitasec:
They have to live in the area and surely they had seen their Mom over that six week period.

They range from 6 to 14. We live in a court, same thing one way in and out and they are NEVER outside. They are home schooled and none of the kids in the neighborhood know them. It surprised me when I found out.

See if they told EB early this morning that they picked her husband up at the airport..she didn't have to be told anything else.

She didn't know they may have picked him up for a voluntary interview then arrested him later.

All she needed to know to make her talk was that he was at the airport and her guilty mind would have filled in the rest. I think she probably went ballistic an couldn't wait to tell to impliicate him too.

With such conflicting information ever-present in the media, your first statement isn't a fact, but rather speculation based on various reports. We are sticking to the facts and as confusing as they are, last time I checked speculation was allowed?

Yes, theories and speculation is allowed as long as it is not just wild rumors and its based on what we know through the media.

I for one have not decided he is guilty because he is not having emotional breakdowns on t.v. I have decided I believe him to be guilty because the evidence is pointing to a father who, at the very least, was aware that his wife was harming his daughter and, who has told inconsistent stories as to how he came to find out Zahra was "kidnapped". You only have to listen to his interview on t.v. and compare it to the 911 call to hear the glaring inconsistencies.

I believe he may have been a great person at one time, but that doesn't mean he remained the same when he got out here. Typically, great people don't go around racking up fraudulent check charges or trying to run women with children off of the road, which is exactly what he's been arrested for.

EB's own father has said she had a drug problem, so there's a distinct possibility he did too. Maybe he changed?

I wonder if they locked up Adam to put pressure on EB. If they did, looks like it worked. Maybe she knew there was only one bargaining too, and she was afraid he'd get to it before she did.

I have to step in and say I have seen plenty of reasons as to why some people feel he may be guilty then just soulless eyes in a picture. Those that don't even include LE's statements about his inconsistencies. I don't know if you have read the last 21 threads but it seems in each one there are facts and opinions that go far beyond a photo or TV appearance.
