It could just be a slinky?

Forgive me if this has been answered already, but just how was she "verified" as really being Zahra's mom?

All I've seen are various posts from "biomom" who claims to be Zahra's mother, telling a story on a comments page of a crime blog.

site owner said she verified her but she couldn't devulged that information as how she was able to verify due to a promise to said person in question.

per valhall at the hinky meter... HE has verified her on HIS site. (he is also a poster here)

He has posted here regarding that fact. ((1-3 or so threads ago))

Then they should get it...IMO

I honestly don't think they need it. They know what they are looking for TE equipment isn't the best for every situation.

Maybe that was her last address on her drivers license?? I'm sure she likes to keep her actual residence unknown so no repos could happen. LOL

My huddy took a second look at the pic and said it was a spring action coil for testing how hard the soil is.

I recall reading that perhaps the address she used was her father's address.

LOL... didn't use caps to stress the he part... just to underline the fact that biomom is verified by valhall on the hinkymeter... not here...

It could be the gas company, marking gas lines, so they don't hit anything when digging!

Considering where the guy is standing, that seems quite likely, assuming the house had gas service.

IIRC, because of the promises that V. made to the poster on his site, he can't divulge the info to Tricia. We can simply take his word for it or not, it's up to us. Personally, I trust Valhall as a source and believe him. But that's entirely up to any poster here if they choose to do so or not. No big deal really. IMHO.

Was just jumpin' off your post Nursie, not taking directly to you my dear.

Partly cloudy/mostly sunny, windy. Only 20% chance of rain.

We are getting the tail end of your tornado winds here today! It's VERY blustery and grey! (in Ontario)

I agree. I trust Valhall as much as I trust Tricia. JMO

I did a search for pink evidence markers and this thread ([ame="http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76732"]Crime scene photos #2 - Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community[/ame]) came up with regard to the Caylee Anthony case. Apparently there were lots of pink flags placed where she was found as well and someone speculated that they were markers for bones.

Can anyone confirm that LE uses different color markers there to distinguish between different types of evidence or whether they just use one color marker and pink just happens to stand out well?

OT: In a world where doctors/lawyers/professionals of all stripes are so often assumed to be "he's," this "she" finds it refreshing that gender-ambiguous WSers are so often assumed to be female. :innocent:

Back OT: The coil thingy picture is slide 5, 6, or 7 of this slideshow:

They are near a mulch pile and you see many pink flags. The man with the Slinky thing is mid-frame facing left. HTH
