Nancy: he's laughing and joking, blaming daughter going thru puberty, broody
GloriaA: reluctant to condemn him until and unless he goes to trial
MarkK: i've never heard 911 call ever like that; no fear, no urgency, passive nature of the guy, disingenuous

I am lurking, and I really don't want to be a pain in the butt, but for the new people here, or the other lurkers, I think it's important to state the facts and then present your speculations/opinions.

If not, and it's already happening, the sleuthing turns into stew.

Again, NOT trying to be a butt, trying to help out for those that aren't in the thread all day long and jump in to what they think is "news."

Again, sorry. It just helps when things are presented as fact/news and or opinion/speculation.

(please, don't throw tomatoes!!)

Good luck SJ. I've been b****ing about that for over a week to no avail.

I don't care if someone throws a 'mater or not. Go head on. LOL.

I can't keep track myself. So I skip a LOT of posts.

NG--------------

Replaying of tape by AB.

Alred: NG sharing her interpretation of AB's 911 call.

Alred: I'm reluctant to condemn him until he has a trial...

Klaas: (NG rephrasing her question, did AB know or take part?) I never heard a 911 call anything like there, not urgency, no fear, no terror. Sounds very disingenious at best...

(NG giving her opine on AB)....etc. etc. etc.

Here is a photo of what looks like some sort of metal in the yard. Taken same evening as the tarp/car cover photo.

I know little to nothing about logging but if you look at this picture to me it looks like overgrown needle nosed pliers with a rod of some sort going through the center. I wonder if the needlenosed part would be put in a log and the center rod twiisted to spread the needle nosed part to split the log lenghtwise...I hope that makes sense to someone other than me!

What official statement did she give to LE about Zahra? I have no clue. If she made one that could have been used to bring forth a charge. JMHO

I do think she gave one IMHO.

I think so too, thats probably why they took her on the field trips, we heard a lot then how she was so cooperative.

caller ripping into AB...

Agreed. It would be "drug paraphernalia" which they already listed in the warrant.

how would LE refer to suspected marijuana that had not been confirmed by lab or whatever? Suspected marijuana? Not being arumentative, just never been at a drug bust and on the cop shows (I know, not realistic) I have seen it referred to as green leafy veg matter.

Does anyone else find it somewhat telling that the Grand Jury indicted EB but not Adam?

ng: wouldn't he recognize his wife's writing?

What do most of you think happened to Zahra? I really don't know what to think after all of this.

EB "accidentally" beat her to death while dad apathetically sat by and did nothing. Then, panicked, they schemed together to determine how to dispose of her poor, little body and hide what happened. I have no clue how they disposed of her. I don't think I want to know.

cleo,
I think that they pushed the indictment on EB because her probable cause hearing ((which would have made public case info)) was on wednesday.

AB will have his day... IMHOO

Just thinking outloud here...
But the hose coming out of the house really has been bothering me... I think, obviously the crime occured in back right of the house.. what we are assuming to be Zahra's room... What if EB and AB switched rooms and placed a waterbed over a large area of blood.. and had also painted the room.. Giving the appearance to the LE that it was their room... and told LE that Zahra's room was in the front of the house... Maybe that tarp that S. Homey saw was the waterbed mattress... and the wood was parts of the waterbed... I think that Zahra has been gone for some time before LE was made aware of it... :(

nice. I can see your theory being possible.

Why is ab not in jail yet?????

Not really IMHO.

I don't know if the Grand Jury was asked to deliberate any evidence concerning AB.

Too early in the game to tell JMHO.

MoundtainKat, did the indictment state "falsely reporting Zahra missing/abducted?" Or did it state falsely reporting a missing child? That could make a difference.

  • #277
Good evening! Very convenient that she was the last one to see Zahra but he was the one to make the call, imo. And this wasn't rehearsed? :waitasec: MOO

But ya see she Told LE that she thought the kidnappers took the wrong girl right then LE found that she wrote the note soooooooooo that means she was lying on both counts... JMO Gotcha EB gotcha!

So far isn't it only for the obstruction charge? :waitasec:

Why is ab not in jail yet?????

I am praying that it is because when AB goes to jail, LE wants to make sure that he goes for a long long time.
