LE seems to be spending more time at Zahra's house than they do in other missing persons cases. Why? They've also done a great amount of digging in the back yard. Why?

I think they have reason -- and probably good reason -- to believe there's something to find.

I can't help but wonder if cadaver dogs keep hitting in the vicinity, but LE can't find why. On NG the other day one of the reporters said he believed that they are looking for Zahra's body in the house.

Just something that's been going through my mind repeatedly.

I agree LLLindsayy! LE has spent alot of time there. At least we know that they are being very thorough inspecting the property. I am hoping some evidence of value has been found.

hi guys........wow...

Another thing I have noticed is that the writing seems to change......especially the slant!! I am not saying that I think someone else wrote the letters or they are doctored but I am sure a handwriting analyst would have an insight into her personality because of this...

snipped by me

I am like 3 threads behind and just catching up, I dont know if anyone's analysed. I have been interested in graphology for years as a hobby sorta thing so I am not an expert by any means. I wish I had access to the originals.

two things stood out to me, one is that in the sentence "...we didnt really kill her..." the word "kill" stands out, it's darker and thicker than the other words, without seeing the original I cant tell why (fwiw I am using this link here [ame="http://www.scribd.com/doc/40795221/Elisa-Baker-Letter-to-Eric-Gein"]Elisa Baker Letter to Eric Gein[/ame]) but it appears that word seems quite important to EB as she felt a need to essentially highlight and bold it subconsciously.

the slant you mention has to do with emotions, through most of the letter her slant is upright or slightly left leaning, the slight left shows she is trying to hold back (normal is upright or slightly leaning right, EB's slight left isnt too unusual)...so as I scrolled down and saw the extreme right my eyebrows went up and I got interested so I skipped ahead and read that first, funny! the intense feeling she spills out and cant hold back isnt her missing stepdaughter ...it's how sad she feels to be in jail! how unhappy! how unfair!

additionally, she's extremely childish. but not terribly egotistical. lil circles over the i's for example is rarely seen except by serious drama queens hence its frequency in teen girl's writing :)

her mid zone is reasonable compared to her upper and lower zones (for example her letters a and e compared to d and y) which shows she surprisingly isnt all that MEMEMEME. for a good example of childish MEMEMEME writing see ICA's.

this is just what I quickly noticed, again I am not an expert :) and I have no access to the originals so there is a lot I cant be sure about.

Thank you 2goldfish!!!

I wonder if you can tell the significance of why she began printing her capital "I"'s toward the end of the 2nd letter. (the one on yellow paper)

TIA

can you link me, please? although the letter I as a pronoun relates to one's self and how one feels for one's family, and I am curious to see which type of I her printed one is :)

What a child. Goth's Rule! Dark Love Always! I want to be a Vampire!

WHAT ABOUT ZAHRA YOU FREAK. Sorry, I hope I don't get a TO.

^ I know is she for real? You know what......she's just giving goths a bad name. None of the so called 'goths' I know would ever say such silly things, like seriously, most 7 year olds wouldn't. And I wish her lawyer would let her go on Nancy Grace like she so desperately seems to want, I think the two of them up against each other would be absolutely hilarious.

I hope this works goldfish. Take a look at the end of pg 6 where the handwriting changes.

Thanks, wm

thank you. I'm unsure why she changed it. I'd guess that she stopped writing at some point and came back to it. but in the last (first?) letter she never changes from the cursive and it doesnt look usual for her.

what she's writing about gives a slight clue is the best I can figure - she begins talking of solitary confinement, so good a reason as any to switch from a cursive I which relates to family to a printed I that shows it much less.

Very interesting and thank you. The handwriting does change when the subject turns to solitary.

She also misses her waterbed and is sleeping on the floor in solitary. Well boohoo! I'm sure she is in a much better and safer place than sweet little Zahra is right now!:furious:

 Good morning WSers! It's very :cold: here this morning...

Two questions as I ponder:

1. We know that there were three passports found, but do we know whose they were? Was one of them Zahra's for sure? :waitasec:

2. As for all things wood chipper, I am almost ready to let that go, but what about the wood splitter? Doubtless this will make some of you want to :trout: me (hi Mrs. G Norris!) but we have no body and we have LE saying they are looking for different "parts of evidence" and...

Looking forward to learning more about the virtual world in the Parking Lot :gomods:, and hoping today is Zahra's day...

What is the wood splitter...I missed that one!! And yes, if that's another red-herring :bigstick:

It was my mother! Father died in fire, she was never charged, but I suspect it was her. So much in my past I could literally write a book and people would think it was a Fictional story. LOL

The good thing is I'm a better person, stronger, and it saved my life I know at least twice in my life.

((((hugs))))

okay, one more question I dont see answered anywhere....she's writing to the murder memorabilia dude, right? did he write to her first? she sounds in both of them like she is replying to him and telling him he's her only friend, if she started it and he isnt answering that's weird even for her.

....I'm still not supposed to name call, right? let's just call her "a real piece of work" as my momma would say.

I'm not letting the woodchipper go by any means.

Hoping for another arrest today.

goodmorning....

considering what EB ((allegedly)) said in her letter about what AB something horrible or horrifying or some word used like that...

is it possible that LE was checking woodchippers because EB sent them on that ghost hunt???

just thinking out loud.

My bet is he would have written first .. he probably writes all high profile people accused of murder hoping for a little piece of 'murderabilia' to add to his fine collection. Then puts money in their jail account as payment.

Nice :burn:
