Amazing work by the entire prosecution team. Thank God this psycho will be locked up forever.
There's going to be a pre-sentencing investigation first. Then the sentencing would be scheduled.

The thing with the neighbours though…
1. I live in a 10 house cul-de-sac
2. I work from home
3. I know everyone who lives in my road
If you asked me to tell you who left their houses this week and what times of the day their vehicles were/weren’t on their driveways…I can hand on heart say I would have absolutely no idea.
It made me think about the character ‘Red’s’ comment in The Shawshank Redemption…” Seriously…how often do you look at a mans shows?”
It’s not something the average person pays any attention to. The local business CCTV footage would hold far more weight than ‘word of mouth’ testimony from his neighbours.
If his vehicle left the trailer park within the required timeline on the morning of the crime…let’s see the CCTV footage showing that.
This wasn’t presented, so we can either assume one of two things:
1. Law Enforcement is incompetent
2. No CCTV exists because his vehicle didn’t leave the trailer park within the required timeframe.
3. Both of the above (the most likely based on what I’ve seen in this case)
When the prosecutor asked the smiley cop to examine it while he was on the stand.
I was shocked when they showed that, and pictures of him holding it up.
It’s obvious to anyone (including him) that this isn’t the outdoor jacket type garment worn by the perpetrator, so what on earth are they doing presenting that as a piece of evidence?
They might just as well have presented a Blue Hoodie and claimed it was the jacket worn by the perpetrator.
Again, attempting to con me as a juror would make me completely disregard your entire case.
You’d clearly be untrustworthy from that point onwards.
If he did in fact commit the crime, it makes zero sense that he didn't just get rid of any evidence in his trailer that could link him.
That’s extremely strange and doesn't add up.
This case has a lot of holes in it, so the jury WILL be going over the evidence (lack of) with a fine tooth comb to try to make sense of it. That’s going to take time, and rightly so.
There is no place for ‘Kangaroo Courts’ when you are deciding the long-term fate of a humans future right to freedom.
Look at the supposed blood evidence.
They are saying his blood was transferred onto the car door, yet the ‘assumed’ perpetrator is covered from head to toe in clothes, gloves etc. and his patients said there were no cuts anywhere on his arms, hands shortly after he apparently murdered 4 people.
1. I think Law Enforcement may have obtained a sample of his DNA unlawfully? Very possibly.
2.Do I think they even found his blood present on the vehicles? Possibly not.
Once they have a sample of his DNA, they can match that/plant it wherever they want. How can we even be sure they have blood evidence?? Has anybody actually seen this supposed sample and has it been tested by the defence team?
Corruption is rife throughout Government, Law Enforcement etc. We know this.
I was being facetious... But you know: a small burned out Microwave fitted with a hasp and padlock with hidden screws and the microwave all bolted down (general comment) is not a bad fit for a poor man's safe.. you can get into it with a hacksaw or power tools, but it all takes time.Evidence, graphic images, lack of motive highlight 2nd week of RJR trial
Defense attorney Bruce Quick said that the microwave did not have an operable cord.
Good point @Auntie Cipation. I'd be checking his prior residences. I think he lived in TX and HI before returning to ND.Random speculation -- when LE encounters someone like CTI (by which I mean someone apparently capable of extreme violence with no apparent motive), I wonder if they then peruse their cold cases looking for crimes he might have committed in the past.
It occurred to me that perhaps one of the reasons for some of his odd behavior (knife in the washer, gun parts in freezer, etc) could be because he did it before and it worked for him (ie he got away with whatever he did).
MOO
Darn -- I missed it!
