Sad but not unexpected news.. poor Josue. I'm just glad that he will be returned to the arms of those that loved him and not lost forever.

Such a sad outcome. I didn't have much hope about him being found alive, but there was that little bit of hope that maybe the brother was lying. I pray that Josue didn't suffer.

I want to know the the role Gabriela Guevara played in all of this. I don't know why - I guess because I would be this way - but I think of women as being protective of kids. Clearly that's not the case - the sad stories are just so horrendous. It just makes me sick.

ETA: I'm at work and can't listen to any of the pressers. Have they given a more specific description of where he was found? So far I've only got along the bank of the Elkhorn, near a tree limb.

he's charged 1st degree murder for mother and brother
and kidnapping of brothers

she's charged 5 counts accessory

2 aggrevators apply to him...........multiple murders and to conceal identity of perpetrator

no reason to think gang related

blunt force trauma to the face, looks to be by a bat

knows where it happened

why that bridge and river? statements made, had taken boy and thrown him off there

I have a lot of respect for Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine for keeping his composure during the news conference.
