I think of this case often. There were three adults in the house. They don't know which one hurt her, they should have arrested all three!!! I bet ONE of them would have talked. And that DA is an . He has no business holding that title. I will never forget the way he talked to that woman, I am so glad she got it on tape.
I am surprised Nancy isn't interested, she talks about the latest war fatality every night at the end of her show, does she really care? There is no justice for this baby, her father is over there fighting-she could actually change something. She talked about George Zimmerman enough nights!

Juliette's Aunt Monica and lots of supporters got over 1700 signatures on a petition that needed about 975. Filed that yesterday.

Last night was the 4th "Angelversary" at her gravesite with a large crowd.

This seems to have been an incredibly painful uphill march to get the attention of the court system on this tragedy. I am so thrilled that the signature petition went so well, and am looking forward to seeing justice done in this darling child's memory.

A grand jury shall be convened by District Judge Randall L. Lippstreu in Scotts ZBluff County, Nebraska, to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of Juliette Serenity Geurts on July 11, 2008. James L. Zimmerman shall be appointed as the special prosecutor in the matter.

It's just sad that it took Juliette's family and many friends going around getting signatures on a petition to even get the 'investigation' to this point. I bet if it was the child of "someone important" it wouldn't have stalled like it has in the past. :moo:

Juliette was murdered July 11, 2008.

Caylee Anthony was reported 'missing' a few days after that. As we all know, Caylee's murderous 'mom' spent a few years in jail awaiting trial, has had her trial, completed a year of probation (I believe), and now free to go about her life. :banghead:

Juliette's murderer (whichever is responsible) hasn't even been arrested??? Something is seriously wrong in Gering, Nebraska!

With all of that said...IT'S ABOUT FLIPPING TIME is right!!!!! :woohoo:

INSIDE EDITION IS WORKING ON REPORTING JULIETTE'S STORY & THEY ARE PLANNING TO AIR IT IN SEPTEMBER!!!

Monica (Juliette's aunt) went on to say that they would have short notice when Juliette's story will air & won't know until the day of. Also "provided no other breaking news will knock her story off the air that day."

I know! I've been recording it each day and so far...nothing! But they're covering plenty of crap stories. :maddening:

What is it going to take to get this baby girl some media attention?

I think of this beautiful little girl every day. I wonder if her mom thinks about her. I doubt it. She has another little girl now, from what I understand. Doesn't she live in Texas? I hope Texas CPS is keeping a close eye on her. They will if Nebraska authorities requested. (I know that from experience...a former SIL.) I won't hold my breath waiting for Nebraska to get off their rears to do anything though.
