It appears to be the same one. In looking at the FB page, several people are posting that they just watched it for the first time. At least it's bringing new support.

I hope a GJ has been selected by now and they can finally start doing something about this case that has drug on for far too long.

"This is a photo I took of the actual size & layout of the <800sq ft house. There is no way that no one either heard or saw what happened to Juliette & Jaelyn the early morning of 7/11/08. Being inside this house for the first time this past summer made me sick to my stomach to know that 2 little girls were terrified & could do nothing to stop what what was happening to them. One of the reasons why our family has been so frustrated by local investigators in doing such a rotten job investigating this case. NO ARRESTS over 4yrs later & Juliette has been buried & forgotten. Jaelyn was traumatized with the bruises on her neck that the mother claimed the girls got while playing dress up. It has been heart breaking & has divided our family making matters worse. Yet those responsible have never been held accountable & live their lives like nothing ever happened. Thank God for Inside Edition airing Juliette's story again yesterday & 10/18/12. So here is the actual photo of the view through the front door into the house where Juliette's homicide occurred. Note the layout & size of the house is extremely small with all 4 rooms adjoining. The living room where Brandon slept on the couch, two bedrooms side by side with only a wall between them and the kitchen. The twin's bedroom was hot & stuffy and I could not imagine what the temperature was in that room when the temperature outside hit 100 degrees with no air conditioning. One thing is for certain you could hear everything in that house... GIVING UP THIS FIGHT FOR JUSTICE FOR JULIETTE IS NOT AN OPTION!!

What does he say about the criminals who committed murder? My niece had a name too & her name was Juliette Serenity Geurts & not just another dead baby. Jaelyn had bruises on her NECK for several days after Juliette died. Like someone had grabbed her around the neck.

Someone (DP 13 hours ago) responds and says she lived in THAT HOUSE and knows just how small it is.

As I think has been mentioned, Grand Jury proceedings are a secret in Nebraska.
However, they do know that the Grand Jury will be "working on Juliette's case this month."
The family is VERY hopeful that indictments will come out of it.

I know what you mean. This case pains me. I can't begin to understand how it has been 4.5 years and still no arrests. From what I understand, there hasn't been much work done on it since then either. I hope I'm wrong. With the comments made by the DA, I would have to think nothing would have ever become of the case had Monica and her many supporters not taken the responsibility to ensure it would go to the Grand Jury.

I wish Nancy Grace would pick this case up! I would love for her to ask the DA exactly what he meant by his disgusting "dead baby" comment and why nothing has been done going on 5 years. :banghead:

Hall said she received word that the grand jury had convened this week.

“I have talked to a witness who confirmed that she had been questioned by the jurors and the special prosecutor in the case,” she said.
“I know that they were actively questioning witnesses on Wednesday.”

On Thursday, officers with the Gering Police Department were observed carrying pieces of a crib down stairs at the courthouse. lease:
The police officers had been called to the courthouse to retrieve a large piece of evidence.

THE GRAND JURY COMPLETED ITS WORK FRIDAY, JANUARY 11th 2013 ON JULIETTE'S 4 1/2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF HER HOMICIDE. So now our family & friends wait to learn their decision. TIC TOC, TIC TOC, TIC TOC..... Will it be a "No True Bill" or will there be "Indictments"? Over 4 1/2 yrs we have waited for this moment just to have something, anything move forward in Juliette's case. Finally we will have an answer whether there will ever be any charges for Juliette's murder. It is time for justice & closure for Juliette, Jaelyn & our family so the healing can begin. This has been about two little twin girls who never deserved the fate they got. One innocent child buried & forgotten & the other child left bruised & traumatized living life without her twin. 3 adults (the mother & her two live in boyfriends) all living in a house <800sq ft caring for 2yo twins who have gotten a free pass to live their life like nothing ever happened. We have not forgotten, because a violent crime was committed against 2yo twin's with Juliette being brutally beaten to death by an adult with hands of rage. A crime that was 100% preventable. Cruelty by Assault, battery, neglect & murder is the nature of the crime committed against an innocent & defenseless child. The term child abuse does not give the true meaning of what was happening to these children. They lived in fear & felt pain & for those who survive it will forever live with the after affects emotionally. To pretend that this crime & cruelty did or does not happen to these children is selfish & leads to further abuse & problems throughout their life's journey. Ignorance is never a valid excuse to stand by & do nothing. We are the adults who are responsible for their safety & their care. It is up to us to stand up & be their voice when their cries are ignored or forever silenced. Each of us can make a difference & save a child's life today. Be that someone who cares about the life & future of a child.........GIVING UP THIS FIGHT FOR JUSTICE FOR JULIETTE & JAELYN IS NOT AN OPTION!!

We are very hopeful the Grand Jury will deliver multiple indictments for Juliette's homicide. So we have hope as we continue to pray, & wait for a positive outcome of the Grand Jury's effort. The Grand Jury will enforce Social Justice for the innocent & with God in this all things are possible.

I can't even consider the alternative to indictments.
It worries me a bit that Juliette's family can.
I hope there is no reason to think there won't be indictments.

Now if we just knew how long this would take...
I can't find anything about how long the results usually take.
I HOPE they will simply make arrests and then we will find out.

I don't want any concerns about people taking off or anything.

Grand jury hands down indictments in Geurts homicide

The indictments filed in Scotts Bluff County District Court by special prosecutor Jim Zimmerman charge the boyfriend of the child's mother, Dustin Chauncey, with child abuse resulting in death ( a penalty of 20 years to life in prison if convicted), involuntary manslaughter (1 to 20 years in prison if convicted) and furnishing false material to authorities to impede their investigation (up to a year in jail if convicted).

The child's mother Charyse Guerts, is charged with obstructing law enforcement and furnishing false material to authorities to impede the investigation. Both are class one misdemeanors punishable by up to a year in prison.
