But Jersey's girlfriend does...... with the very limited amount of info we have on her. Are we allowed to sleuth her?

Little Kienan from BC, Canada was taken by a somewhat homeless drifter and handyman. I think Kienan was returned only because LE published his name and picture on the Amber Alert. Who knows what might have happened if the LE in this case had done the same when they realized this Jersey disappeared around the same time as Lisa did.

Typical people don't usually kidnap anyone, much less infants. Most likely they'd never think of such a thing + frequently are horrified when they discover how often sick people harm innocent children. Totally MOO.

If anyone kidnapped this baby, it's already a rare type of crime + doesn't go with the statistical odds. I agree with the poster above, his g/f may very well fit this profile. We just don't know much of anything out here + all that really matters is - WHERE IS LISA?!?!!

I wonder who first brought this handyman/drifter/parolee to LE attention. He would be the absolute best scapegoat. If Lisa really was abducted, then it seems he would be at the top of the short list. He needs to be found and questioned as he could very well have made money off of delivering a cute baby to anyone who wanted one for whatever reason they wanted a baby.

The above could even include a family member, who for whatever reason, wanted to take or send Lisa away. Still no answers but many possibilities.

She does? The only info. I found on Jersey's girlfriend was that she was a female, she lived with Jersey, and she couldn't pay the rent. What else did you find?

I did read in an earlier article where one of the neighbors said they had seen this "handyman" in the neighborhood. Neighbor also commented that he was a stranger. Ummm...okay. But was he a stranger to everyone in the neighborhood? How do they know he was a handyman? Was he going around knocking on doors to see if anyone had any odd jobs they needed help with? Did he ask DB and JI is they wanted work done? What's the connection here?

This is an eerily "right on" comparison to what is going on in our neighborhood. We live out in the country and only have 5 houses on our street. About 3 weeks ago this guy started walking up and down our outside always on a cell phone. He started knocking on doors asking if we had any handyman work for him as he needed money for food. We said no but I felt bad for him and gave him $5. Bad decision. He's constantly knocking on my door now. I see him walking back from the store with beer and cigarettes. It's almost that he stalks me now. I've told him I'm not in a position to keep giving him money and told him nicely...doesn't deter him...he keeps running up to my car almost every time I go out. He says he got laid off from his job and is homeless and staying with friends on the next street over from mine and will be there just until the "job calls him back on 10/15." So, I can certainly understand how this can happen as it mirrors what's going on in our neighborhood. 10% of our population is unemployed and unable to find work so it's hard to know for sure who are the drifters and who are legitimately out of work and struggling. JMO.

That's not necessarily the case.
One neighbor reported in a news interview (before "jersey" got his handle)
That he interacted with her own children - my characterization would be "chatted them up"

If he had no particular paraphilic interest in older children, that doesn't preclude attraction to infants, or at least having sense enough to prefer one too vulnerable to struggle and incapable of ratting him out.

It also doesn't preclude a delusion or simple desire to punish other people for being happy. Antisocial people are antisocial.

Sometimes there are no warning signs for pedophiles. They can either have not been caught in their escalating behavior, or the first time they come to LE's attention is the first time they've tried something. Unfortunately, we can't always go by the priors on a rap sheet to predict behavior.

The drifter in the Kienan case while he did have a previous charge in his teens for inappropriate sexual behaviour with children was not on the LE radar because of that. Probably because it was 25 years prior. He was on their radar for another attempted abduction of a foster child. He told LE that he was going to be paid by the child's real parents for bringing him to them. Now I doubt LE believed that story, and he does have mental issues but he apparently didn't harm Kienan, returned him when his name was flashed all over the airwaves and said he has "a story to tell". We'll have to wait until trial to find out what his story is.

Is it possible that traffickers are targeting these drifters who have no problem breaking into homes for petty theft with promises of cash to steal children? I believe the figure given by the guy in BC was $2800. Anything is possible I suppose.

How a homeless drifter would be able to go into a house, walk around turning on lights, tamper with a window and steal a child without leaving any trace of themselves would be my reasoning for thinking it couldn't have been him though.
