For all I know, Jersey has been picked up and is in custody for his probation violation. I don't know if he's still on the streets or not. LE is a tight lipped crew.

Wouldn't it be great if Nancy Grace truly did have a BOMBSHELL TONIGHT and announced that LE has located Jersey and he is being questioned.

After typing about learning something on NG not already in the news or on Websleuths, I realized the absurdity of the dream... :lol:

Sometimes there are no warning signs for pedophiles. They can either have not been caught in their escalating behavior, or the first time they come to LE's attention is the first time they've tried something. Unfortunately, we can't always go by the priors on a rap sheet to predict behavior.

I think he could have known a pedophile who would have paid top dollar for a kid. And all this guy would have wanted was money to keep drinking. Creepy people seem to know other creepy people as water seeks its own level.

What house did this guy with the diaper-only baby walk up to?

Could it have been the house across the street from DB/JI's, the Irwin home, or some other random house?

And, most importantly, was this baby awake?

The brief description, including 40s, was flashed on the screen during the broadcast, so it's not in the transcripts that were released today (just checked). I don't know if the neighbor got it wrong, or Jersey looks more like 20 than his true age closer to 40, or Nancy Grace got it wrong, or I got it wrong (but, I could have sworn that's what they flashed)!

I couldn't find any LE-released descriptions after much searching (which says something to me).

If anyone finds something official about his age, please post. Thanks!

It seems unlikely that a business owner, a former landlord, a number of neighbors AND LE would be in some sort of conspiracy to create a persona who doesn't exist. LE did have a PHOTO of the person and numerous witnesses knew of him and described him and knew his name.

Nope, I didn't get that from you, yllek. For some reason, it seems like I heard that from either a neighbor, the landlord, or the owner of One Eyed Jacks. But danged if I can find it now. :waitasec:
