Differences in opinion between the families are certainly many and it is natural, but NeJame said he was there to help find Haleigh and if he's telling the truth it must be a cause that everybody agrees with, unless it's someone who went to great trouble to hide her.

You are misunderstanding what I am saying. If they (the Cummings) think that she could be dead, or don't know if they killed her, they would want someone to look, correct? It would also keep the family in the public eye and that would minimize any retaliation to Ron and his family. I don't think that they would openly say that to TM and MN. I am saying it would be a benefit to have keep eyes on the family. They don't know if she is dead or alive, buy if they find her body, well now they know, if not, you have to assume she is alive and maybe out of State....

BBM. No, Ron isn't "cleared". It was stated he wasn't a "suspect". As of this date, there are no "suspects". I suspect that could change, but that's only my opinion.

Well, that would mean Crystal isn't cleared either, so we are still back where we were 6 months ago and LE doesn't know much more than they did back then.

I think that because Crystal wasn't at the presser yesterday. Crystal didn't contact him and ask for his help. Crystal has her own attorney now that can help her.

I wish TES could search in other counties between Baker and Putnam but they neither have the funs or manpower to do that. I don't think there are many basements in FL because of the water table and also the layer of rock.

But this can eliminate the areas she is not. There are hunting cabins in the woods and fishing cabins along the waterways. Guess we will have to wait and see where this search takes them.

Yes - I'm one of those people. I wasn't invited to the presser, I wonder if Haleigh's mother was. Was it open to the public or just the press ?

BTW - at 35 sec into the video, MN describes how a child advocate asked that TN contact him. Any one know who this child advocate is ?

I am glad that you brought this statement up again..I feel it should be added to the heading of the thread. Nejame is not taking sides at all and does not care what goes on between Ron, Misty, Crystal or anyone else. He clearly stated it yesterday. So, regardless of who contacted him it does not matter to him. What matters to him is that Haleigh is still missing and he asked Tim for his help in searching for her. Now, many will go round and round about why didn't anyone else contact him besides TN. We don't know if anyone else did in the past and maybe he had to think about what he would get himself mixed up with especially after the fiasco in the Caylee Anthony case. I am just grateful that he was able to insert himself in Haleigh's case....just for Haleigh and Haleigh only. My appreciation goes out to Nejame, TES, and everyone around the world that is helping in the search for Haleigh. That is all the matters right now...LE will do what they have to in time, but with out finding Haleigh their no way of knowing if she is alive or deceased.

May I suggest to everyone to take a min and post Ad's in their city, whether it be Craigslist, Face Book, Corkins, Yuwie, My-space, any free advertisement site with Haleigh's picture and information. And keep sending the emails with her information as well. Let's try and do our party for Haleigh she deserves to be found.

MN is a master with words....as all highly paid Defense Attorneys are.

Yes. I would agree. The case has not moved forward one inch, imo. They are simply rehashing the "no forced entry" aspect and Misty, imo. They are stuck in first gear and spinning their wheels, imo. Nothing has changed, imo.

I hope MN and TM will be able to come up with something...anything. If they cannot find Haleigh then I pray they find some evidence in the searches to give LE a direction to go in to solve this case, imo.

It would be great if MN brings in a PI to help out, imo. A professional PI who doesn't grandstand or seek any public attention while carrying out his investigation would be extremely helpful, imo.
