Interesting angle, but that would make the "alibi" call @ 4:35 unnecessary and certainly total cleanup of the garage. Why not just remove all evidence entirely and not take the chance of getting arrested at all ? He could've taken the RAV4 with TH dead inside and made it disappear. LE might never have found it or her.

And, what is his motive? Nothing, IMO. That's the first thing my BF said when he saw the Dateline episode.

He calls her to establish alibi.. I think that he was not worried at all.

Thanks for your opinion. There are many lakes/ponds in Manitowoc County where the car could have been sunk and IMO, Avery being a fisherman would know most if not all of them.

OR... whoever deposited the blood (like from a cut) wasn't wearing gloves, but held something in their hand, like a rag or something, allowing them to avoid leaving any fingerprints in the SUV, but tops/sides of fingers still 'open' and capable of leaving blood or skin cells.

I still lick my envelopes Not often that I have to use them nowadays LOL but happened to send one to the school with a cheque today with one of the brats.

KZ claims it... but it was MC Lab that did the fingerprinting, I don't know if she has been able to do any testing on the evidence yet (wouldn't we know this? court order or something?) They didn't find any prints of SA's or his family. And now we are going to go back in circles... because if he wiped down the vehicle... why not wipe up the blood.... you know how it goes BCA LOL

But even if it was licked did he do his own licking? He don't seem like the type to lick his own envelopes. then again who really knows.

I have to add tape to the peel and stick envelope cause it never stays closed.

We don't know if he was trying to delete her phone number from his phone list at 4:35pm and accidentally made the call.

But why drive it off the property and risk someone seeing you? You can just claim you have no idea how it got there--your prints are not on it..

MANITOWOC, WI -- Manitowoc residents are sick of the reputation their city has earned lately, thanks to a controversial documentary on Netflix.

A number of people are adding their names to an online petition, calling for "Making a Murderer" to be removed from the popular streaming media service.

This comes just one day after a bomb threat, and two suspicious phone calls to Manitowoc police, cleared city blocks around the Sheriff's Department downtown as teams used bomb-sniffing dogs to search the area.

Many in Manitowoc tonight are sick of their city's tarnished reputation. ​

To be fair... IIRC in that interview... he was like uhmmm gee I dunno, maybe, yeah, maybe I did... kinda like here or maybe here (assuming he was motioning). He wasn't even sure if he had touched it when he went over to the RAV4. I don't think he was even sure. Would be interesting to know where the fingerprints were found compared to where he said he touched. If he wiped away his... he wiped them all away, right?

According to EA and his daughter, KZ sprayed SA's entire trailer (and maybe garage) with luminol. I remember her tweeting a few weeks ago about being in the bedroom and how small it was.
