I find it funny that he supposedly hid this key so well they didn't find it for 3 days. But the car, he leaves out on the edge of the property in plain view and STAGED on the ridge to look like it was being concealed. And VOLUNTEER searches found that in 30 minutes.

As well as volunteers who were provided with a map of the property and camera?

Yea, I don't buy that. By Saturday everyone knew she was last seen by Avery at the salvage yard. Everyone shows up at the crack of dawn and all fan out everywhere BUT the Avery salvage yard. Pam, a professional PI, shows up without anything a normal PI would bring to a job and gets sent to the place no one else was sent to even though it was the last place she was seen. Then she makes a bee line straight to the vehicle. Bloodhounds couldn't have found that vehicle faster than she did.

And no, I don't believe God sent her there. She found that vehicle faster than God parted the Red Sea or made Jesus rise.

You have to remember tho that the person who happened to have the map for the way to Avery's was also the same person who pointed at AVERY before the police even connected B.Janda her appointment and telephone number on the bill he gave to police, with Avery. How come they waited till everyone was gone to think to give out the camera. Or why had no one mentioned it. there were what 30-50 people that showed up to search? When everyone knew at this time that was possibly her last stop that day. Why only after everyone was mostly gone, why did he have that map to the avery area and why did they give her that camera? She was last to arrive and they only then thought of it. YEAH RIGHT! I'm not buying her god showed her the way. JMO

I guess I am leaning towards a crime of passion, and a crime of opportunity. Committed by two different parties. My question I guess is if it is some how proven that LE did tamper and plant evidence, could they then be charges with first degree murder, PARTY TO A CRIME? For covering up the real crime scene so they could frame another?

radio interview with Sandy Greenman. It's about 16 minutes long.

Says they need to retest everything. She won't name who she thinks did it, but said "don't they normally look at people closest to them"

Sounds like she is getting updates from Zellner too.

Lets add that NO ONE in that search team discussed going to that Salvage Yard until Pam came along! They all thought it would be a great idea! Good thing she showed up.

BBM ~ Yes, we know what brought her there.

:puke: You said it better than I ever could. :)

Lol... That was kinda my point. She got her map from the guy leading the charge against Avery. Kratz asked him and he admitted it... "You, as an unofficial investigator, knew to start looking around Avery's place?... Yes"

Hmmm... Great detective work. He sent the other fifty to one hundred other searches all over creation and then the last two stragglers were handed the sweet spot along with a camera?

Lenk should have never, ever been involved. He was involved in the 1995 rape case; therefore, a huge conflict of interest. 3 weeks after his deposition he finds the key?

Oh... ha. Well then we are on the same page. Smiles. Trying to keep up in all these Thoughts, threads and theories my brain must be starting to fry!

I know the feeling. I saw someone posted in a stickied thread that "Avery called Teresa and left a voicemail asking why she never showed up." I wish someone would sticky a Fact and Fiction thread. I'm to the point I read half a sentence and want to explode because I can just imagine the way the rest of the sentence is going to go.

I was thinking a little more about this...maybe someone could help me out a bit with timeline...

I think it might be possible that RH and Scott had gone to the property the night of the 3rd or 4th and tresspassed and found the vehicle--realizing they could not report it otherwise they would get into trouble for tresspassing--they wait until Pam comes along and offers up information that points her in the direction of the vehicle. Now why I think this way is because EA said he saw lights--didn't specify-- car lights or flashlights--but the car is located behind his house (albiet a ways back) and SA claims to see tail lights the same night.

If this was my family member missing and all leads point to that property--you bet your sweet donuts--I would be on that property one way or another. But, the caveat is---I wouldn't care if I got arrested for trespassing--if I had found the vehicle that night--I would have reported it to LE immediately...and who is to say they didn't--and LE said because of the trespass, the evidence wouldn't be admissible.

Was there testimony or evidence or a mention of using dogs to retrace TH's steps on the Avery property? To see if she went into the trailer or garage?

I had read they did bring dogs onto the property...but I think that was after they called animal control to come get SA's german shepard. I believe that wouldn't have been until Nov 8th.

BBM ~ And they find it hidden away at night on a 40 acre salvage property? Why were they looking there in the first place? Just like why RH deleted her voicemails. Does not make logical sense to me.
Also, Nov3, is the day Colbourn called in the plates.

And to cap it off, LE found SA's blood in the car, but not on the any of the wood, branches, or car hood used to disguise the vehicle.

I don't think we know if the wood, branches or car hood was tested. I asked that same question awhile ago.

No, I guess I was really asking if someone knew what day it was that SA and EA saw the lights??

I think it is feasible if they entered thru that back entrance, so that they wouldn't be detected by the family.

Oh...makes perfect sense...if SA and EA saw the lights on the 3rd and RH and Scott went to the property to search for her car and they found and reported it to LE, then Colburn confirms by calling in the plates(because they told him they think they found her car on the property)--but he can't tell anyone they were on the property for fear of the evidence not being admissible.

In reading the testimony the only thing I gathered was that the wooden brush debris didn't match the surrounding brush debris. Can't remember his name but he was the guy who wanted the vehicle covered in tarps and moved the same day. John Ertl maybe.
