I think you and others posted this a couple times over the last week or so. Why it's being questioned and doubted now I don't know. It was eventually confirmed by the very person who started the fire, although in his first interview with investigators he never mentioned a fire, just made it sound like he ate dinner, watched some TV, went to bed. Think there might have been a reason Avery never mentioned the bonfire to investigators?

Yes I agree, has SA since come back and denied the fire was that night? If not I don't know why anyone can doubt it. It doesn't matter who didn't mention it, perhaps they didn't think of it. SA himself said there was a fire that night. BDs pants had bleach stains on them, he certainly helped SA out with something that night. I agree that he perhaps didn't mention it right away for a good reason.

She called him at 11:31 that morning. It was a 3 minute call. I wonder if she rescheduled?

Hmmm So when did she call Auto Trader back as testified to by AS? And reverse directory hasnt given me any names on either call 11:31 or 35.

SO many pieces of a puzzle I can't seem to fit together.

I don't know about The SA trial but yes they were discussed at BDs trial. Don't know if they were actually brought into court. I haven't found that info but he did turn those pants over to investigators.

I think those are her hustle shots... where she was contacted directly. AutoTrader didn't book those one's.

Talking about the Grand Am....

Although the Grand Am remained in the custody of the state and Calumet County beyond five days, that was because it constituted evidence of a crime, since law-enforcement officers found bloodstains in the vehicle during their search.

I don't recall reading about this--but then again there is so much information on this case--who can remember everything---Except for Missy, who seems to have it at her fingertips!
Does anyone remember blood being found in SA's vehicle and what the results of those tests were?

it was introduced during Bobby's testimony as exhibit 44. I am still looking but no indication of when it was taken.

oh I agree.... but I don't know that they had enough to charge any one of them. Although... did they ever look at BoD's vehicle? ST's? CA's? EA's? I'm not sure.

In one of those documents it states that Marinette County interviewed SA--I can't see to find anything about it--other than there were 4 audio recordings--does anyone have the transcripts from those interview --or the audio recordings??

It is also before all the police tape. When they went back in March it was full of snow. So yeah I bet that is the first 3 days on the property before bear was removed. See how aggressive the dog seems always sitting or laying down. Never seems to be growling, barking and lunging at people on its leash.

Also... I have seen posts that Avery had days to clean and cover his tracks. And we know it would have to take hours for her remains to be the way they were found.
How did SA "know" he would have that much time?
How did he know she didn't have another appointment and could possibly be missed?
How did he know she didn't have plans for that night and would be missed?
How did he know that she didn't have a boyfriend or a friend or family at home waiting for her and would be concerned that she wasn't home by a certain time that evening?
How would he know that she would not be reported missing for 3 days?
How did he know that no one would call AutoTrader that night to see where her appointments were that day so they could backtrack or call LE?

He took some big chances that night if he did it. Someone could have easily been there that night or the next morning looking for her. Unfortunately she was not reported missing for 3 days.

I"m not sure--but I think there is a wait time between when someone is reported missing and when they actually start to investigate...48 hours comes to mind--but I could be wrong.

Zellner just doesn't strike me as the type to do it for the media... but maybe she is, if for no other reason, because it does highlight some issues with the Justice system.

IMHO, I definitely think she is the type to do it for the media attention?? Posting to twitter about the case--if that is not about the publicity--I don't know what is...
