That is so freaking creepy. That is such a personal violation. It would have been better to just get a girly magazine and look at legs there, at least the women photographed gave their consent to be stared at. What a control freak. Yuck Yuck. I am assuming "strangers' legs" are women's legs, but ya never know.

I sure hope the picture Charlie drew isn't swept under the rug. Neither reported it in their articles above. Well, nothing about what he drew. I also wonder when did CPS see the picture and what they had to say about it. It should be in their records released you'd think.

That is what I thought I seen. I was hoping not.

Didn't notice it first off until you mentioned it. Hmmm...kids do not usually draw that when they draw a picture of their father. I know he is also just a child drawing here, but I also think he drew his father soul-less. His head looks more like a dead smiling skull to me and I don't think that's just because Charlies was a child doing the drawing.

I also don't think those boys believed their father loved them because children go by feeling and not words. There was not love coming from Josh because, with his severe mental and emotional illness, he was not capable of that so I think the boys felt the control need coming from their father which must have drained them terribly. JP saying he needed them was like a vampire needing his victim so he could drain the life force from it.

I wonder if it had been decided if JP would be taking the penile plethysmograph test. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penile_plethysmograph#United_States

From reading on Wiki, it does not seem too reliable and seems to have been mostly used on sex offenders. The LE and the Judge had the cartoon , they should have stopped visitation at that time. I wonder if the Penile test has been used in other child custody cases without the parent charged with child abuse.

I agree very disturbing the adult is leering at the child while a dead body (mom) is off to the side. Did Charlie dislike his brother? Was Charlie Josh's favorite? ugh...
