Seriously, I am not getting past this!!! I knew little Caylee was deceased, I knew KC did it, but to hear her attorney almost say it??? I feel a little sick myself. I guess we have premeditation, KC did it and now he just wants to conceal the manner of death at all costs and use the poor babies remains as a bargaining chip! If I were the GP's I would not be able to be in the same house with KC tonight..

I think, if Caylee isn't found by then, LE will make KC and her enablers sweat it out til the Nov. date of the abuse trial. Then, the night before, drop those charges and arrest her for 1st degree murder. NO BAIL!

I saw this lady post her info several times on the myfox blog. I am glad she finally got her info to LE. She was worried about it. She has been talking about this a couple of weeks now. I hope LE finds her and that the info was good info!

Does anyone else remember that a guy had also seen something similar? I know that I've read a very similar tip to this one that a guy was explaining and that he'd seen a woman by the side of the road (possibly with a shovel?) and that it had stuck out in his mind because he jokingly made a mental note of it in case he later heard about a murder. Does anyone else remember that???

Does that sound like the attorney of an "innocent" woman?? JB just told us in that statement that she is guilty as sin.

Sounds to me like an attorney angling to make a deal with the DA to make sure the death penalty isn't on the table.

I still think the only thing that will make Casey regurgitate what she knows is if it is in her best interest, and at this point I think she's pretty interested in avoiding the electric chair.

We have already discounted this sighting as it was posted first on the site which we don't mention here. Anyone or anything associated with that site is not considered credible, imo and many, many others here.

Now I am very sorry I found it and posted it here. GRRRR! Pink Panther asked and I found it without first reading it all. When I did read it...I realized it was from one of "those" sightings.

Evidently, the tip that LE did find credible is the one they just released today about the sighting near the airport.

What possessed him to make such a statement? I don't understand it quite yet.

My head can't figure that out either. Is this something commonly practiced by defense lawyers when speaking to the media? I know Baez is not the most qualified but it is real odd he would say this. Is he just playing a game and trying to get LE or the state's attorney to do something? I am not law saavy, but it just seems very odd IMO.

Contrary to popular belief, I do not think JB is stupid. This statement is "It does her no good to show her cards to give the prosecution any advantage they have to put her away for life," is an admission. Why would he say this in the press. I could understand him saying to prosecutor for plea bargain. A mistrial can happen at anytime during a trial, it does not have to be after a verdict. Is JB throwing himself under the bus, if so why (don't want to hear he loves her, because ...)? Another possibility is that he wants to be removed from the case, a judge will not automatically let this happen, JB has given a judge a reason to dismiss him, if he requests it, IMHO. It just seems on the surface like a really stupid thing to say.
