I was shocked to hear CA adamantly proclaim to the FBI Agent that she was an excellent Mother and had taught KC to be an excellent mother to Caylee. Who talks like that? Most moms I know say they love their children dearly and do everything they can. They do not proclaim to be perfect. What perfect grandmother thinks that a nanny is going to keep her granddaughter for free and does not question or even get a phone number for this "nanny"?

no wonder they put CA on meds. She can read anything into anything. Looney tunes! Can't wait to her her testimony. If kc picked her nose 3 times in an hour, CA could read that as 3 people took Caylee, 3 miles away on the 3rd of July and will keep her 3 years.

I also wonder what the A family's thoughts were after they got copies of Casey's text messages. One can CLEARLY see Casey leading Amy on about moving into the A family home, etc. Cindy paints it to the FBI guy in a rather ominous way about AH's mail notification coming to the A family home and after finding AH's resume in Casey's backpack THAT was the reason she called AH. H'yeah, right.

What in the world did the A's think when they read all that crap Casey texted about Amy moving in and Casey taking over the master bedroom? Did they ever once pause and wonder (in retrospect) who that chloroform really might have been meant for!

Cindy tells the FBI agent that Amy was like "I'm homeless". Just the way that whole story was told (and granted CA was just going on what Casey told her) painted a very (almost dark) picture of AH when in actuality it was NOTHING like what we now see.

well if she is over 21 ,which I think she would have been, there is no way the hospital could reveal this info to her parental units. ( this may apply after 18? not sure)
Some seizures are just random and out of the blue and a one shot deal. I think we have discovered that FL doctors do not have to report this info to the DMV.

In my state health care providers can not release information to parents if the person is 14. I think thats crazy but it is the law.

I'm thinking JB will say that Caylee was given away to protect her but and that he wil discredit the forensics. I don't believe that, however.

I don't think anyone would believe Casey would suffer through even a broken fingernail for another person, let alone sit in jail.

I can't imagine any mother behaving and looking less sacrificing than Casey.

The go on and on about Casey's "new friends" but seemingly focus on AH and RG. While Casey asks for TonE on the first jail call home, the parents seemingly do not focus on him. Why is that?

That is very strange but so was CA's claim to the FBI that KA was just using him for a place to crash & he meant nothing to her..She had to know by then there was evidence to prove this theory WRONG but she still went with it.

Never thought of it but now that you mention it I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that he is KC's latest love interest and as far as I can tell from everything that I have read, he hasn't really said anything incriminating against her in all of this whereas JG, RM & AH have - cross one "A" family member, you cross them all - If CA & GA were to say anythng against AL, for some reason IMO, KC isn't "done" (over him, ready to discard him...) with him, it would pee off KC. If it should come out at some point that he has incriminated her - they'll all turn on a dime!

I misunderstood your post..Sorry!..I don't believe Casey was a victim of anything but she sure did manage to make victims of so many in her life especially Caylee & I think the jury will have this same POV.

Being new here & not posting very frequently I hope that I'm not being annoying, its just that since watching and listening to the FBI interviews with GA & CA I am full of questions! I know most of the WS's have been at this along time and know so much about LE and FBI interviewing procedures, which I have to admit, I have never seen before to this extent until this case. Can someone tell me if the assessment that the FBI had GA & CA of KC is normal procedure? Do they always ask about someone's sexual behavior/preferences, etc...? Thank you WS's for your patience with me here!

I don't know about the rest of the mothers here, but I am not an excellant mother, BUT I am the best mother I know how to be, but I make mistakes everyday raising my kids. I have never had a "job" has hard as being a mother.......these lives that depend on me daily to do the right thing. How many nights I have gone to bed and prayed for the wisdom, patience and faith to do this "job" correctly. Love alone does not make a mother be. Motherhood is trial and error and Cindy will not even admit that......instilling her own mistakes in the perp; knowing they will be used on her daughter.

Doesn't Cindy realize that all mothers make mistakes and it is NOT something to be ashamed of. Just a thought as I have listened to Cindy ramble. I sit here and think......any grandmother/mother sitting where Cindy was then, that would be the ONE time that you admit your mistakes....anything to help and get your precious, innocent grandbaby home.

Hope that makes sense, for some reason I am having troubles getting my fingers to say what is in my head and heart.

unfortunately for KC, as a society we have learned over the years and there is no such thing as a I just "snapped" defense any more.
