Yes it's still a rumor and I'm LMAO (not at you!) at "getting the facts". We still can't get it clear on who picked Haleigh up at the bus stop!

I am sorry I don't have a link, I think it was on a CBS 47 interview in the beginning of the case. TN had said that Misty had taken off on Ron before in one interview, in another she said that she had sent someone over to check on her/the kids...not sure if she meant that night or previously. Then the story of GGMS bringing laundry came out.

Tonight Art mentions that someone in Misty's family said that Misty did not want to babysit that night and she called Ron's mother to come over and babysit. Not sure who wanted to pay who for the babysitting. NG just ignored Art and went on to play old tapes. I now wonder if Misty and Ron's fight was over Ron's kids, not her brothers. Remember, it was said that the fight was over Ron not wanting her to go babysit for her brother's kids that night...I have hope! Dry up Misty...start talking, because it seems that the opposite of what Ron says is what Happens.

In an earlier interview with Nancy Grace, Teresa made a HUGE point & reiterated it several times that Misty was EXTREMELY exhausted & that she & Ron had stayed awake the night before 'talking'. I wondered then why the sweet granny babysit.

I'm skeptical also. What I do remember is RC had to get MC back to the mobile home to take care of the kids that night so he could go to work, and I can't imagine that MC would have the nerve to call his mother and ask her to take them so she could go out and party some more. MOO

She could have used the excuse that her and Ron were "talking" all night long and she was just so darn exhausted. TN seems to turn a blind eye to things like drugs, pills, and guns being dangerous to have around kids so she would have bought that excuse. OMG! What if she was there... okay brain is working on a theory. It was too late, Haleigh was already injured to bad or had taken the pill/s already. That could be why she was there so quickly that night. IDK... I don't think so but it's a possibility I suppose.

Maybe TN was drugged up too and couldn't. I don't know her history but I wouldn't be surprised if she was a user. Seems to run in the family.

I think what may of happen is that Misty called on TN to babysit, maybe she said no or said ask your sister in-law and I will pay her to babysit. Because to-wards the end Art says, Misty's sister in-law said she would if Ron was OK with it. That is where I think the phone call and fight with Ron started. Maybe she called to tell him the kids were going to be at her sister in-laws and that is when all h*ll broke loose. It would also explain why Haleigh was seen 1 1/2 hrs before the 911 call and why LE was on Tyler street first. Just a theory.. The big question is if she did not babysit, then who did? Did Ron come home and something happened? Then later the story was created and he put the whole blame on Misty since she did not want to babysit?

Oh man I think that it a great theory. Finally makes sense of that 1 1/2 hrs. business. Thanks for sharing. It's a good theory to keep in mind.

One way or another, I do believe Haleigh was over at Tyler earlier that eve. Which as you say, explains the 911 response to Tyler St and reference to 1-1/2 hours. the question for me was always was Misty with them during the time Haleigh & Jr. may have been there, or did she go out and they were watched over at Tyler up til Misty got home that night (and maybe covering for MC who was never supposed to have left them there) But then we have Tommy claiming that he went over to Green La (as early as 10ish) looking for MC... none of which makes sense unless of course something had happened to Haleigh at Tyler St. and he was trying to get ahold of Misty because of that but lied about the reason :waitasec:

Somebody help me out here... even if Haleigh was perfectly ok when MC asked her SIL to keep the children earlier in the eve then she would've been first to point the finger if Haleigh turned up missing over there. And even had Haleigh still been alive and well when MC picked them up or took them home, surely it would have come out by now that they were being watched there for w/e portion of the eve but she'd been fine. Right?
