Iirc Kat invited Her & a male over to the apartment to ask them "what to do." R saw LM dead, blue in the face, with a plastic or paper bag (or both) on her head. R cut the bag open to have a look see.

I believe one plan of SM & KM was to pin the murder on these other two bright lights.

The judge is back, says the objection to Roberta Gerkin's testimony is over-ruled.. she will be recalled after the jury returns.

Some of this stuff is just so dang bizarre. A fantasy world that led to the death of a beautiful healthy college girl. What a tragedy. I doubt any "angels" would want to see this as it happened. They are supposed to be protectors in this world as far as I understand (which is very little unfortunately-or fortunately perhaps).

Gerkin says he also had a Doomsday persona, which to her seemed more like an event than a name. He also talked about being a valcary , from Viking stories...

Gerkin about Kat: what I knew was her home situation was not good on many levels, my perception was it was an abusive situation between Kat and her father... and that her mother didn't do anything about it... due to social constraints, might shed a bad light on the family. Says she believes it was physical, and that she got all this information from Seth Mazzaglia.

Says Seth asked her to go to Kat's graduation cause he couldn't make it... He was afraid her family would coerce Kat to move back home... she said it was a tense situation.

Atty to Gerkin; Did you ever observe the defendant have any issues with Kat?
Gerkin: There was one instance where she was going to be gone for awhile, a drama camp where she was going to be completely gone for two weeks, apparently there were scheduled check in times, I actually had several phone calls when those didn't happen at the appropriate time, there was a lot of anxiety. She's talking about Seth being jealous...
