Barth has paperwork that he's flipping through, hope this isn't another motion

Attorneys all clustered around Judge.

I am wondering if it has to do with the instructions?

Thought that was all sorted already. We know he'd be smarting over how he & his office was portrayed during state's closing LOL

'Morning everyone, I see we're starting at the bench, at least there's no sizzle on their sidebars.

Yes he could be complaining about that. :floorlaugh:

Seems like most folks are going with a verdict on Friday afternoon of M1 ! :)

Oh brother already!

I saw yesterday that HLN was carrying the closing arguments, wonder if that's why the bubble is suddenly on the screen.

What did they give the judge to resolve now, at this late stage?

Charging the jury has been a bit delayed, attorneys met for a sidebar conversation and the judge left... Peter Hinckley went over to explain things to the family... Mr. Marriott actually just left the courtroom .. perhaps for a moment. Seth Mazzaglia has just left as well. May be a bit longer of a wait than we thought.

If that's how it comes out then the jury believed Kat's grand jury/trial testimony and she didn't do a thing except close drapes and help dispose of Lizzi's body, I dearly hope that's not the case.

The WMUR has been on there the last couple of days.

Barth asked to approach at least I believe it was him.

I'm predicting a verdict Friday afternoon.
Anyone else?

yes no question a verdict will come down on Friday pm if not sooner. I just can't imagine anyone wanted him to be released in their community...to say nothing of all the people that took that stand...he would target each and every one and no doubt resume the disgusting relationship with KM. As for his mother...well of course its not her fault but after listening to her on the tapes she is a bit off to even listen to someone taking tarot card reading to the level of her son and she was right there with him.

you know your thinking above is exactly what Barth wants the jury to think. I do not agree with that at all...this is a trial about Seth and she got a deal. Simple...I think most will believe as we do that both are responsible but their charge is not Kat ...it is Seth and he is guilty...just because he had help does not make him any less guilty. I seriously wonder if anyone on earth believes Kat? I doubt it.

No, not at all, IMO. Finding him guilty does NOT relieve km of her part in LM's death. It merely holds him accountable for what he has done.

Probably tidying up jury instructions.

Seth Mazzaglia is back in the courtroom, his mother is in the front row behind him. Normally he looks straight ahead when he comes and goes, but now he glances her way. His leg is bouncing wildly as he sits leaning in his chair, facing the front of the court. The Marriott family members are chatting, Mr. Marriott leaning with his back to the bench in front of him conversing with Lizzi's Mom and Grandmother. Can't imagine how families cope with this.
