This is the best charging I've ever heard! Know some said upstream too verbose, but for myself, it laid it alllllllllllllllllllllll out! Great follow up summary of the prosecutions closing statements, even better! And it's in PRINT for the jurors to read?
ETA: But would y'all not agree this is best that it's being done in the am :giggle: vs. after a lunch break or late at the end of the day. GREAT that they didn't do this yesterday at EOD!

Don't understand why Kat did not get charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Then she could have still been witness for prosecution and gotten a leeser sentence but more than 1and1/2 years.
If ever in trouble I want Kat's lawyer.
