ETA: But would y'all not agree this is best that it's being done in the am :giggle: vs. after a lunch break or late at the end of the day. GREAT that they didn't do this yesterday at EOD!

I meant all the prelude to these charges! Although I know all of it is necessary, I just have heard the before too many time unlike a first time jury. sorry

I needed it laid out like this Judge is doing and if a copy of this is given to the jury I am all for it.

I agree everyone should be fresh to absorb this. They will need it IMO. They face a lot of charges. I still think today and tomorrow before verdict.

Don't understand why Kat did not get charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Then she could have still been witness for prosecution and gotten a leeser sentence but more than 1and1/2 years.
If ever in trouble I want Kat's lawyer.

The fifth charge, CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT FALSIFYING PHYSICAL EVIDENCE. The judge reads all the varied elements...from sending a text message to Elizabeth Marriott's phone asking why she didn't arrive at the apartment, to putting Lizzi into a suitcase... dumping her body in the Piscataqua River, destroying her phone and GPS,and tossing physical evidence out the car window and into dumpsters. The jury only needs to find him guilty of one of these choices,

No, he allowed his attorney to make concessions during opening statements. Remember the judge swearing him in & asking him questions about this.

I was on a jury for an assault case. It took us all day to make a decision not because we wanted to make sure we were following the law and making a decision without a readonable doubt.
Think this case is way mord complicated and I don't expect decision today. Jmo
