What are Barth four pillars again? Anyone remember?

IMO, Barth is treading in some dangerous waters. His position is that LM was involved in a consensual sexual encounter. I doubt that makes the jury feel warm and fuzzy toward the defense.

I want my two hours back!

This is why I charged up my netbook...I can take him with me wherever, so I can multi-task. Otherwise, I'll feel robbed !! LOL:blushing:

When is he going to prove to us the failure of the state to meet it's burden & why Seth is Not Guilty........Big fail on Barth's part

Yeah, I'm not even watching. I'm working with Barth's annoying voice droning on and on in the background.

It's funny how two people can look at the same situation and see something totally different. In my mind, she was still in love with SM, wanted to be with him, thought (stupidly) he'd be out of jail pretty soon, and knew her parents were even MORE upset about her involvement with him. Since she didn't want to be hounded by her parents over her relationship with SM, and since she fully expected to be reunited with him, she decided to stay with his mom, who by her account treated her very kindly.

It is interesting but I start my premise based on kat's ability to manipulate. I think the one person that saw through it and wouldn't tolerate it is her father. I think kat 'morphs' into who she thinks her lovers or friends want until something bigger and better comes along.

How does slamming km, relieve sm of his guilt?

Barth reflects on testimony the jury heard from Christopher Ramos ... a former cellmate of Mazzaglia's... who shared what he claims Seth told him about what happened. Barth says the nonsense about blacking out was a mechanism to protect Kat McDonough.

Exactly! I got one word... Bloviating!

I think Barth is completely obsessed with KAT.
Much like Seth was.

Barth's obsession hasn't served him well, particularly in his closing.....imo

Major boo boo IMO. Some jurors may not tune back in at all to what Barth is saying after that one.

Just turned on the TV to catch WMUR noon news report.

it depends if either side invokes witness sequestration........if they do, witnesses go out!

exceptions may be law enforcement unless one side has filed motions precluding this and the judge granted the motion........

and since victims rights have come to be, usually the immediate family of the victim is the exception to the rule........

*cough* *cough* like George and Cindy

He has called her 'engaging' and 'creative' at least three times.

If I were a juror and Barth looked at me and barked, "Let me make this really clear," he would totally lose me.

I wonder how Mrs Judge Barth feels about her husband trying to get this killer off....

Can't be easy for someone who loves Justice, to hear about how he manipulates facts and misrepresents evidence.
