Don't feel bad, I've been trying to piece together the timeline of charges and it seems to vary depending on which article you read. I haven't read any recent ones so maybe someone has written one that's fairly inclusive since trial started but if so, I don't have a link unfortunately.

And... you were the one talking to Kat with an agenda, to turn her against Seth... Gerkin: 'my agenda was to get out what happened.'

Now the state is re-questioning Gerkin about a November 22nd meeting with Ms. McDonough... her agenda was to get what had happened. Correct. Are you encouraging her to do anything but tell the truth? Absolutely not.
