Right, I did hear it once, but can't find the video. IIRC it was"... make her orgasm until she died. "

I guess it was enough to let her off the hook for murder 1.

So, I guess the crux of this case is, did he intend to kill her or was it an accident.

I suppose murder 2 is a given, so it's really a matter of what level of punishment will be given. They do have the DP in his state, but it's been a long time since it was used.
