So, I guess the crux of this case is, did he intend to kill her or was it an accident.

I suppose murder 2 is a given, so it's really a matter of what level of punishment will be given. They do have the DP in his state, but it's been a long time since it was used.

Well, since he is the *master* and she is the slave. He's in charge of the situation, the controller, the abuser....

I'm pretty convinced he killed her and not km. But, glad I'm not on the jury, because there's not much direct evidence that I can tell.

I thought the ending was 'die from orgasms' (or multiple o's.). Guess we'll see what Kat has to say, they'll probably spend a whole day on that one text, if the current testimony is any indication.
