Attorney Barth starts right in with bringing up Kat's visit to her office... when he says she told Seth's defense that she had been sitting on Lizzi's head, while Lizzi was restrained, and that SHE, Kat was the one who killed Lizzi. And that she changed her story to blame Seth, when she was presented with a chance for a reduced sentence and immunity. Kat says Yes.
