Barth is referring to messages Seth and Kat shared when they first met in spring of 2011 during a theater production... where Kat has talked about Scarlett and personas... Barth: "and Seth says hes exhilarated because you share the same level of energy and mindscape". Seems to be attempting to undermine the idea that Seth dominated her ... and to address the issue of whether they're were personalities
Barth: He says hes a gamer, he doesnt invoke that these are 'beings' he doesnt greet you as Dark Heart or any other of these names that you shared with the jury
After a state objection... Barth explains to the Judge why he's going over these personalities that she's expressing in these messages..."Again to rebut the notion that hes arrived in an advanced state hes literally talking about video games and that he is intrigued by the notion of characters."
Barth references that Seth says her talk of personas is 'unexpected' and and interesting form of communication... Kat: I said Charlotte and Scarlett were not getting along.. and I was trying to be intriguing to him..
(after she mentions personas of goody two shoes and monkey brains in those early communications) Barth: Hes trying to catch up to YOU in this process, this thing thats going on this presentation of you being truly engaged in multiple personalities

Turns out #SethMazzaglia did not force Kat to change the spelling of Skarlet...she even corrected him when he spelled it wrong
Barth keeps referring to Seth's use of different names as being because of video games and role-playing, and says to Kat that her telling the jury that he was so controlling isn't demonstrated in these early messages they shared
Judge tells Barth he needs to give Kat an opportunity to agree or disagree with what he's saying... State says he's injecting his own characterizations and conclusions as he's barreling forward...
"Players in the SCA are also assuming a role. A person in The Society for Creative Anachronism decides on a persona to play, creates garb, and delves into research regarding the role they will play. Members of this society are also found at Renaissance Faires."

Def's case is that Kat accidentally killed Lizzi. They need to show that she has lied on the stand and not easily controlled. #SethMazzaglia
