I think it can be slightly intimidating for someone to be questioning you and you can't see their face because they are standing behind you. If I was kat I'd turn my chair around to face him. Tell the court you like to face your accuser. :P

Yes, leaning over someone like that is very intimidating. His attitude seems inappropriate for the setting.

I'm back did I miss anything? lol Got caught up on the posts, looks like the defense is boring his audience to sleep? I checked WAT's archives and they don't have this morning's up yet, I was hoping to be able to skim through it during their lunch break, guess it'll have to wait for later this afternoon, when they're done for the day.

So if the defense isn't going to try to get Seth's version of events in though grilling her, does that make it more likely Seth will take the stand?

the "painting" coded message... And having tarp, gloves, etc. at hand/in place... certainly indicates pre-med to me, too...

Right?! It came up again this morning. But I still don't fully understand her answer. I will have to watch it again in the archive.

You didn't miss much. This defense attorney is awful. Didn't make any real points.

Cross examination continues with defense talking to Kat about the personas she used... suggesting that 'Charlotte' and 'Delia' pre-dated meeting Seth... then references a message back from Seth saying something like... 'similar to my Argons'... Barth: didn't you get the impression that when you brought up a concept like Delia, he'd have a follow-up... continue your narrative of your story? Kat: I'm not sure what you mean... Barth: That it wasn't real.
