The attorney wants to break before he starts in on history...
Someone tie me to my chair! I can't wait...:waiting:
I could do without his mocking behavior and eye rolls and how close he gets to her---I hate when others enter my personal space
I think it can be slightly intimidating for someone to be questioning you and you can't see their face because they are standing behind you. If I was kat I'd turn my chair around to face him. Tell the court you like to face your accuser.![]()

Sorry...I am behind this morning...So sleuthers, I was mulling last night about the 'Are we painting tonight?' text...
I heard that they had purchased a tarp, duct tape and gloves as part of this murder plot. Which puts the text in a very different context, yes? In other words, he's asking her, 'Are we killing tonight?' She says, i guess, if you have a plan, but that she is nervous.
That make far more sense than the explanation she gives for the text at Day6, part 1 26:30 .
This would make them both guilty of first degree premeditated murder. :jail:
Neither one of them would want that crucial communication to get out.
Sorry...I am behind this morning...
But I so agree, Haunts...
the "painting" coded message... And having tarp, gloves, etc. at hand/in place... certainly indicates pre-med to me, too...
:jail:
I'm back did I miss anything? lol Got caught up on the posts, looks like the defense is boring his audience to sleep? I checked WAT's archives and they don't have this morning's up yet, I was hoping to be able to skim through it during their lunch break, guess it'll have to wait for later this afternoon, when they're done for the day.
So if the defense isn't going to try to get Seth's version of events in though grilling her, does that make it more likely Seth will take the stand?
