When Kat was arrested she was living with #SethMazzaglia's mother. Upon her released she moved had to move in w/ her parents

Part of her bail conditions... couldn't go back to living with his mother... no contact with his family either. So she moved back in with her parents. She was subpoenaed for a grand jury but had a lawyer... it was mid February.

She invoked her right to not incriminate herself. So she was compelled thru an order of an immunity. Her understanding of it .... provided I give the truth about what happened not to lie about anything and own up to what happened that I could not be charged with anything that was learned that day. .. Hinckley' what if you testified that you killed Lizzi could that have been used against you? No it couldn’t… She says she told the truth.

She was ultimately charged with hindering prosecution, conspiracy to commit hindering prosecution and witness tampering. She plead guilty in July, as part of a cooperation agreement. She was given 3 1/2 to 7 years for each charge. But she's currently serving 1 1/2 to three.
