Good catch. Yes he was forcing her into bringing in a third party which iirc she said she didnt want. She wanted him for herself. So, her motive peeks through here and there in her story. I do believe she was all in, with his plan to rape and murder.

IMO I don't think she would have done it on her own volition but because she wanted to keep seth she allowed herself to walk down a path that was ever darkening. And it wasn't 40 seconds. She had so much time to stop this murder if she wanted. But she didn't want it to stop.

PS I like to understand motive otherwise it is chaos. :scared:

Yes and yes. Her texts/emails about doubting her looks, seth wanting various other women all made kat probably seethe when looking at pretty, happy, intelligent LM in her committed relationship enjoying her life. I imagine kat thought Lizzi never looked out a window in loneliness.

And she didn't mind fixing that!

The way the naive acting kat spoke about it on the stand yesterday was a blanket get out of jail free deal. As long as she tells the truth she sails through what she did. :banghead:

Why didn't the State pin her down on the real purpose of that tarp?

I hear ya loud and clear ohiogirl. This is one woman I hope to see behind bars for her life. I hope there is something that comes up and blows her being truthful out of the water.

I am thinking crazy but if seth testifies and realizing he is going away for life tells the court things that help bring his helper with him to prison.... I can dream
