It's been so nice having the house to myself this week, but it's time to go pick Hubby up at the airport (for real, not a code word...lol) Back in a flash!
When dh says he is going to "paint" something it will never be the same :fence:

The tarp, the tarp, the tarp. Where did they get it? How long did they have it? Was it purchased as part of a murder plan?
I assume it was never recovered. km stated they threw it in a dumpster.
I strongly feel it was Premeditated and they are both guilty of 1st degree. (she gets a pass for rolling on him)
from the looks of their apt. they never would have won homemakers awards or anything. The last thing on their mind would be a tarp--imo--I agree with the pre-meditated and both are guilty----she just got lucky with the immunity deal of the century. :moo:

With Roberta and Paul's eyewitness accounts plus the letters from jail trying to frame them, it doesn't seem to me that they needed to give Kat a deal. Nothing she's saying on the stand equates to premeditated so I'm wondering why they upgraded the charge to 1st degree, they still don't have a witness saying the murder was planned beforehand.
I still think Lizzie coming at the time she was, and the couple supposed to come later weren't intended as separate events - and I also wonder why, if Kat is telling the truth about strip poker and the rejection by Lizzie of anything sexual, why did Lizzie stay? The nameless little voice in my head says she couldn't leave, that she wouldn't have picked strip poker from the options Kat laid out, and all kinds of other things happened before Lizzie was killed.

Geeze. Does Kat only own Target employee uniforms? :waitasec:
