It is what it is. I think it's smart on that defense attorney's part to save his cross for the one witness who's testimony is shaky. Plus so what if hair was found on the rocks. According to the defense I would imagine they will be saying something along the lines that while kat killed Lizzi seth did nothing other than help dispose of the body to protect his true love.

I have heard kat when she was adamant in her testimony but here she is hesitant about what happened as Lizzi was being killed.

Defense Atty Barth is hitting Kat head on... with the fact that her claims that she went to shut the window while Seth was murdering Lizzi, and shut it because she realized she was naked... was a coverup for the Grand Jury for the fact that Lizzi had just had a seizure and was stuck in a BDSM harness, and that she sprang up to shut the window while Seth tried to remove the harness.

He's disputing her account of how long it took for Lizzi to be strangled... Barth claims her answer to the grand jury was built into the state's question...that it would take longer than 10 or 20 seconds like you'd see on TV...
