Even if Kat did actually cause her death, he is still just as guilty.
Like if you are driving the getaway car during an armed robbery and someone is killed....you can still be charged with murder even if you didn't pull the trigger.

I know, I keep expecting him to hammer her on every slip up, and he usually doesn't. Juan juithdrawal, I suppose. :blushing:

I feel for Lizzie's family They have to be disgusted hearing all of this testimony. Now they know that at least one of Lizzie's murderers only received 1.5-3 years. Such a shame.
